【大紀元2013年10月28日訊】（大紀元記者蘇泰安嘉義番路報導）嘉義縣長張花冠關心鄒族觀光產業，視察88風災重建後的永久屋逐鹿社區仿庫巴聚會所及阿里山文化觀光藝術館施作進度。張縣長強調，逐鹿社區在阿里山公路旁，是上阿里山必經之路，深具觀光潛力，縣府後續將爭取興建加工廠、入口意象瞭望台及八大部落品茶區，形塑「阿里山第一街」意象，期能為族人帶來更多的商機。

近年來整體景觀出現極大變化，從樹木銀行、永久屋到阿里山國家風景區管理處，各機關在這條標榜「阿里山第一街」沿線投入的建設越來越多，已躋身嘉義縣觀光新亮點。

位於番路鄉轆仔腳逐鹿社區永久屋落成後，入住150戶來自阿里山鄉各部落原住民，族人離災又離村，離開山上熟悉的農事產業與部落生活，來到祖先數百年前曾經追逐鹿群狩獵的平地，卻面臨沒有土地可以從事耕作生產，沒有舞台可以延續展演維生的生活，安居卻無法樂業，生活引起各界關注。

為逐步解決居民生計問題，縣府在永久屋基地東南側預留0.7575公頃遊憩用地，縣府向原民會申請補助4,480萬元，興建阿里山文化觀光藝術館及原住民文化聚會所，聚會所今年可以完工，藝術館預定104年7月1日對外營業，建物完工後，將交由居民組成的合作社接手管理與經營，一方面創造居民就業機會，一方面透過觀光產業創造地方財富。

文化聚會所係仿自鄒族傳統聚會所（庫巴），庫巴為鄒族最神聖、莊嚴的場所，仿製的聚會所由族人組成工班，不遠千里前往東石鄉採集芒草、黃藤及購買杉木，循鄒族古制與工法起造，營造族人身居原鄉氛圍，未來將成為居民文化傳承與休憩空間。

彰化縣大統長基食品公司關係企業大聯製酒工業公司生產的12款酒品，有11種酒品標示不符，包括米酒頭沒糯米成份、葡萄酒沒葡萄成分，彰化縣政府財政處今天上午一項一罰，總共開罰550萬元。

縣政府財政處長詹明叡說，大聯公司的酒品申請為蒸餾酒，只有極品人蔘酒這項符合申請標準，其餘11項是調和酒，涉嫌標示不符。

彰化縣財政處也發現，大聯的料理米酒今年6萬公升賣給國軍，另有34萬公升以600cc小瓶裝賣到各賣場和超商，這些料理米酒只有食用酒精和香精，沒糯米成份。

詹明叡表示，大聯酒品不能換標籤就上市，如果想用原來產品重新上市，必須向財政部重新申請調和酒的執照，才能再度上市。

因為大聯「騙很大」，財政處決定報請財政部處罰大聯停止製造6個月到1年，大聯公司必須在收到彰化縣政府裁處書的第二天開始回收下架違規酒品。

消費者求償比照大統食用油品，向彰化縣政府服務中心登記代位求償，或持發票到原購買通路申請退貨。

【蔡進男／基隆報導】朋友妻不可戲！基隆1名30多歲連鎖髮廊高姓男員工去年底替友人在KTV慶生，趁機偷親28歲的同事人妻嘴唇1秒鐘，高男隔天到公司渲染「昨天開心唱歌，還搞了1個人妻！」。人妻聽聞後怒告高男性騷擾及毀損名譽，基隆地方法院一審判處高男需賠償10萬元罰款。

人妻的田姓老公獲知後質問高男為何要亂說話，要求他道歉，高男聲稱酒後沒有意識，也沒有性騷擾舉動，田姓夫妻一氣之下，徒手毆打高男，高男反告田姓夫妻傷害，法院昨判處田男拘役30天、田妻20天，同事間也因此反目成仇。

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】大同大學工設系學生陳宥鍀、林慶璍、林大智、謝易帆在2013德國紅點概念設計獎贏得「BEST OF THE BEST」獎項，台灣設計師的作品更搶進前3名，差點贏得「紅點之星」（luminary）。今年共有來自57國、共4394件作品參賽，202件作品入選紅點設計概念獎，49件獲選「Best of the Best」。

據大同大學設計頻道稱，陳宥鍀與林慶璍利用傳統榫接技術「魯班鎖」，打造出具有超現實感的「高腳椅」（作品名稱：弄榫）。林大智、謝易帆作品「清轉合」：利用水泥和竹子製作具有「外型」、保留素材原始風格的椅子。兩者均受到評審青睞。

據中央社報導，台灣設計者Ta-chin Danny Lin的作品「Lenify」更搶進前3名，和紐西蘭與中國大陸參賽者共同角逐最高榮譽「紅點之星」。Lenify設計的組合式擔架，可減少傷者移動過程中受到的二次傷害，最後紅點之星被紐西蘭梅西大學（Massey University）創意美術學院贏走。

重裝任務 IMDB:7.5分 剛剛好 一點也不過譽 就是6分的劇情，但"槍型"卻開創一套全新的武打風格 光是動作橋段的設計就值9分了 不但後來許多ACG作品都模仿 連台灣八點檔也有抄過... 同樣類似的電影 全面突襲(7.5): 水泥大樓中的短兵相刃 鋼鐵英雄(7.5): 結合Bullet-time的高速動作場面 神鬼認證(7.9): 原子筆、書、獵槍都是特務隨手可得的兵器 劇情也沒啥大道理，就是動作設計走出全新套路 能讓電影看起來很爽，這也是一種學問 IMDB多數電影的"平均分數"都符合綜合評比 因為重裝任務劇情欠佳，可以當那些評6分的9.2% 或是真的很愛槍型，評8分以上的觀眾也有60% http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0238380/ratings?ref_=tt_ov_rt -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.118.252.42
