圖文好讀版 http://yuchulien.pixnet.net/blog/post/151797038 餐廳名稱：68鮮魚 平價生魚片丼飯 定食 (石牌店) 消費時間：102年7月 地址：台北市北投區石牌路二段90巷6號 電話：(02)2828-2273 營業時間：1130-2130 每人平均價位：160-320 有無包廂：無 這家位在榮總附近的68鮮魚已經吃過好多次了 個人覺得是北投地區平價生魚片丼飯裡面最推的 這次就來寫寫食記吧 位於石牌路的巷子中 生意很好每次去都大排長龍 但是等候的時間不會很久...感覺流動率還蠻快的 由店外貼的海報得知好像是百八漁場的關係餐廳 服務生帶位後會留下菜單 決定好就去櫃檯先買單然後拿回號碼牌等餐點送來 有茶和味增湯無限供應 但我們去的那天居然沒蔥了orz 這次吃的是御品三色丼和綜合燒霜丼 御品三色丼(干貝 鮭魚卵 甜蝦) 亮點絕對是那甜蝦...比爭鮮的還要肥大好幾倍...鮮甜好吃 另外有菜單上面沒寫的兩大片鮭魚生魚片 配上日式丼飯一定要有的牛蒡才有FU!! 綜合燒霜丼(鮭魚 鮪魚 干貝) 燒霜的意思就是用瓦斯噴槍(?)在生魚片的外層略作燒烤 把表面烤熟但內部還是生魚片的狀態 鮭魚和鮪魚都很好吃 但菜單上沒列的旗魚好像是有筋吧...較難咬斷口感稍差一點 謝謝收看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.233.80.120
