【短片】蘭陽低漥3鄉鎮　防颱措施未釀災

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】蘇力颱風襲台，宜蘭縣溪南地區低漥的蘇澳、冬山、五結等3鄉鎮，面對颱採高度警戒，備抽水機、沙包等全出籠為防淹大水，蘇力颱風未在3鄉鎮帶來傾盆大雨，暫無重大災情。
 
不過，蘇力強風，造成部分路樹被連根拔起或倒伏，南方澳漁港一路樹，不敵強風倒伏，損2輛轎車，但未傷及無辜。
