超商純取方式寄貨與匯款的小問題?

1.超商純取貨,我是賣家,要寄貨給別人,請問我有年齡限制說滿幾歲才能寄貨給別人嗎?寄的時候需要哪些東西?
2.買家要用"無摺存款"匯錢給我,是只要我有郵局戶頭就行了嗎?如果她匯了,錢會直接匯入我戶頭,然後我去刷簿子,上面就會顯示誰誰誰匯入多少錢這樣?
