研究報告：氣溫熱1度　海平面上升2.3公尺

【綜合報導】據世界著名氣候研究機構茨坦氣候影響研究中心(Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research)昨日公布的最新研究報告指出，地球溫度每升高攝氏1度，海平面就會上升2.3公尺，而且將維持好幾個世紀。

根據聯合國政府間氣候變遷問題小組(IPCC)，上個世紀海平面上升了17公分，而如今速度已加快到每年上升17.3公分。自工業革命以來，地球表面的平均溫度已上升攝氏0.8度，而政府間氣候變遷小組表示，由2016至2035年期間，溫度可能會比2005年為止的20年再上升攝氏0.4度到1.0度。
