標題[問題] 員工旅遊剛好遇到教召

不知道PO文在此板是否合乎規定 如有違規請告知。 七月底公司要舉辦國內的員工旅遊(星期日～三) 員工旅遊的星期一～三以特休假取代 （註：今年公司改成特休沒休完無法換錢） 但是好死不死,剛好該週的星期一～五 收到軍中的徵召令,所以只得乖乖當兵去 因為公司都是以公假處理教召 所以也就支薪且不扣全勤 重點來了,由於員工旅遊跟教召會有三天的重疊期(星期一～三) 那這樣來說,公司有權力把我的假變成下面這樣嗎？ 特休：星期一～三 公假：星期四～五 所以想請問各位，如果這樣有違反勞基法抑或是其他法條嗎？ 我心中合理的認為星期一～五一樣是公假，且特休三天沒變吃 麻煩各位解惑！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.66.166
