大家好 小弟想請問 高雄 中石化公司 "技術員"待遇的幾個問題 1.新進公司兩年三個月內有五次調薪 第一次是說看表現調整1600~2000元 那請問有在這公司待過的板友們 後面四次的調薪大概是多少? 2.績效獎金平均一個月有5000元嗎(以新進的技術員來說) 3.這幾年的年終獎金是多少???年終獎金應該跟春節一個月的獎金是分開的吧??? 由於需要考慮與比較 所以麻煩各位板友有親友在公司工作的話可以給小弟一些資訊 謝謝各位!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.173.3.243
