水塔的抽水馬達沒壞可是不會動?

抽水馬達 把水抽到四樓透天厝的水塔，可是最近會故障不動了，以為燒壞了，可是昨天又突然動了，但今天又不動了

爬上水塔，拉拉 役面控制器，也沒反應，然後不小心摸到 暴露在外面的液面控制器

就被電到了，所以代表是有電的=.=，這控制器外殼都被太陽曬壞了

想說是不是液面控制器 被水垢卡住了，可是拉一拉，也是沒反應

請問 是哪邊壞了阿?
