黃志芳：美國免簽 應給政府鼓勵

民進黨今天舉辦8年執政研討會，外交部前部長黃志芳會後受訪說，外交問題需國內有「共識」，不要政黨輪替後，在野就罵執政一方是「凱子外交、金援外交」。他建議民進黨，應用寬廣格局看外交議題，馬政府做得好的地方，不妨給予鼓勵，像美國提供免簽，也是扁政府努力的延續。
