2年了,
發言內容真是一點improvement都沒有,

現在是不只22沒錯,
查一下實價登錄即可,
但是2年前的40去了哪裡?

還有,
哪一位是仲介呢?
議價的問題,
當然是仲介的責任,
不過聽說這2-3年,
仲介在林口態度越來越油,

我記得5-6年前,
帶我看屋的仲介都超誠懇,
只要我透露多一些的了解,
實話就老實說出來,
我表妹也因此買屋了,

現在的好像都不是如此,
4年前我朋友來買,
就被仲介氣得發抖,
最後還是買新屋,
2天搞定.
