隨著天氣變涼，秋意漸濃，宣告中秋節即將來臨，只是，今年的月餅漲幅驚人，一顆蛋黃酥動輒要40元，在大歎吃不消的同時，其實，中秋節不一定要吃月餅，有餐廳業者打造專屬月娘的杯子蛋糕，要讓中秋也很歐風！

日前，行政院消費者保護處針對83個店家，共訪查272件月餅，以及7大量販店、超市以及4大便利商店的餅價，調查發現，烏豆沙蛋黃漲最凶，漲幅達到26.7%。

走進糕餅店，已有不少業者推出蛋黃酥月餅等進行販售，但一顆的價格約落在40到50元之間，與其一邊喊貴一邊吃著一成不變口味，不如來點新鮮的！

在七夕情人節時，曾手創法式浪漫，在七夕推出七夕限量主題翻糖的嘉義女生Elaine曾郁嵐，這次再度針對中秋節打造兔賞月杯子蛋糕。

包括月餅翻糖、綠豆糕翻糖、賞月兔翻糖等，並搭配新鮮製作的Cupcakes 或Babycake 等40多種口味的杯子蛋糕，希望在一年一度團圓節日裡，以別出心裁的月圓情意，盛裝經典圓餅的歡樂飄香。
