民進黨團將在明（16）日討論馬英九總統彈劾案，國民黨中央政策會執行長林鴻池今日表示，民進黨提彈劾，根本是「假議題、真鬥爭」，不可能成案且徒增紛擾，民眾並不樂見。

民進黨發言人王閔生今日表示，以馬總統和閣揆江宜樺為主的行政權侵犯立法、司法權，必須以實際行動制衡，有效的憲政行動包括：1.釋憲、2.彈劾、3.罷免、4.倒閣，這次馬英九的違憲亂政，「依我國憲法，彈劾最具正當性，因此民進黨採取最合憲、人民最能接受的彈劾方式」。

林鴻池回應說，目前民進黨席次不過40席，離二分之一還很遠，即使加上台聯、親民黨也不過45席，離二分之一提案門檻還有段距離，所以根本不可能提案成功的。

因此，林鴻池認為，「這是假議題，不可能成功，又為什麼要提案？我覺得他是真鬥爭」。

林鴻池表示，民進黨主席蘇貞昌的用意其實是要混淆視聽，甚至希望能去裂解國民黨團，希望能在混亂中坐收他政黨勢力，「我覺得這種政治鬥爭，民眾已經非常厭惡了！」

林鴻池還說，人民希望能恢復憲政秩序、消弭政治對立，對於蘇貞昌徒增紛擾的政治動作，全民並不樂見。
