（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣17日電）桃園地方法院今天開庭審理下士洪仲丘冤死案，上午傳喚542旅前旅部連副連長劉延俊等人，下午則傳喚542旅前旅長沈威志。

桃園地方法院審理洪仲丘案，上午先傳喚542旅前旅部連副連長劉延俊，他在辯護律師陪同下，不發一語地進入法庭。

桃園地院隨後將再傳喚前旅部連士官長陳以人，下午則將傳喚沈威志。

洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸及舅舅胡世和則是到場旁聽，胡世和說，站在家屬立場，希望他們3人都收押。1020917
