（軍聞社記者李忠軒臺北十六日電）北部地區後備指揮部指揮官朱少將今天主持宜蘭縣後備指揮部指揮官任職布達典禮時，期勉同仁們在既有的良好基礎上戮力戰訓本務，以前瞻、創新的思維，精益求精，發揚後備「忠愛」軍風，再創單位光榮史頁。

　朱指揮官致詞時，要求幹部以身作則，強化官兵體能訓練，落實人員訓練安全，持恆宣導軍紀營規及性別平權觀念，並要求所屬恪遵嚴禁酒駕規定，消弭危安事件，塑建國軍優質形象。

　最後，朱指揮官也勉勵全體官兵服膺新任張指揮官的領導，秉持認真負責態度與犧牲奉獻精神，圓滿達成上級交付任務，迎接各項工作挑戰，鞏固後備堅實戰力。
