還沒賞月先喝醉 男酒駕撞2童、1死1傷

中秋節發生酒駕撞死10歲男童意外，南投仁愛鄉一名男子，下午2點都還沒開始賞月就已經喝得爛醉，酒駕開車出門撞上2名10歲和13歲男童，由於車速相當快，10歲男童被撞到頭破血流，當場傷重不治，而13歲男童則是腿部骨折，送醫治療。

救護車緊急趕往現場，肇事紅色轎車斜停在路中間，警方在現場採證，但10歲男童早上命喪車輪下，躺在車頭前，被蓋上白布，另一名13歲被撞男童腿部骨折，癱坐在路邊等待救援。

死亡車禍發生在南投仁愛鄉親愛部落，2名男童相約到要國小打籃球，只差幾步路就要到學校大門，沒想到被紅色轎車撞上，10歲男童當場傷重不治。消防隊員：「10歲的當場明顯死亡，腦漿溢出，那另一位是輕微骨折擦傷。」

頭戴安全帽被銬在警局的就是肇事柯姓駕駛，警方查出，中秋節當天下午2點，都還沒賞到月，他就已經在家裡喝到爛醉，違規酒駕開車，在狹小的山區道路高速撞上2名男童，自己酒駕進警局，還害得別人家庭中秋節月圓人不圓。
