羅瑩雪稱特偵組無主觀意圖 藍委開罵

針對新任法務部長羅瑩雪昨天表示特偵組「沒有主觀意圖、查案方向也沒大問題」的說法，藍營立委紛紛開罵。司法及法制委員呂學樟表示，特偵組的行為是侵害個人權利，是違憲的行為，是可以送監察院處理，「羅瑩雪居然說是誤聽，誤聽可以誤聽那麼多天嗎？」 資深立委黃昭順則說羅瑩雪的說法不可原諒，直言這樣的法務部長「太遜了！」黃昭順痛批特偵組的監聽行為，違反比例原則，且未依法辦案，昨天早上的記者會更是一派胡言，羅瑩雪居然說沒有犯意，令人無法相信。
