馬英九作證　未領證人旅費530元

【劉志原╱台北報導】台北地檢署發言人黃謀信表示，針對傳喚總統馬英九作證一案，是基於「維安考量」，選擇與總統府僅一街之隔的台北地檢署第四辦公室做為偵訊場合，至於總統是否走地下密道應訊，檢方不願證實。

檢方表示，今晚由檢察官張智堯訊問總統馬英九，在訊問前已由專人送傳票給總統，於晚間近8時開始訊問，晚間9點40分結束，張智堯問馬英九是否要領證人旅費530元，馬說：「我是走路過來的，不用。」
