前民進黨立委郭正亮今（7）日表示，在馬英九總統決定不再對立法院長王金平假處分案提出抗告後，民進黨應該思考策略，不能再一頭熱的杯葛行政院長江宜樺上台施政報告，「檢察總長黃世銘不就是因為幾次備詢，才露出更多馬腳嗎？」

郭正亮今日在臉書（facebook）貼文指出，「明天是江宜樺第6次準備上台施政報告，民進黨在總統馬英九不再抗告之後，不能再一頭熱，該想清楚策略了」。

郭正亮認為，馬王已經從熱戰轉向冷戰，民進黨如果繼續杯葛上台，必將把輿論烈火全部都引燃到自己身上。

郭正亮質疑，台灣指標民調發現，支持動用警察權排除國會杯葛障礙的民眾，已經高達54.2%，「民進黨還要繼續考驗民眾的耐心嗎？」

郭正亮說，讓江宜樺以某種形式表達歉意，上台做施政報告，民進黨更能透過總質詢展現質詢本事，他強調，「檢察總長黃世銘不就是因為幾次備詢，才露出更多馬腳嗎？」

他說，民進黨不讓江宜樺上台備詢，其實江宜樺才樂在心裡，形同民進黨對江宜樺放水。
