世貿中心完工陳菊宣告高雄翻轉 新頭殼newtalk2013.10.18 金名/高雄報導 斥資30億元興建的高雄世界貿易會議 展覽中心已完工，預定年底啟用營運，將迎接明年4月國際扣件展及5月 國際遊艇展；市長陳菊今(18)日宣 告，世貿中心將引領高雄城市翻轉， 每年帶來46億元產值、2千個就業機 會。 陳菊今天前往巡視工程，她表示，世 貿中心是亞洲新灣區首座完成的地標 建築，完美融入高雄港灣。她說，市 府已投入300億元打造亞洲新灣區計 劃，會展產業將是高雄未來的施政重 點，未來加上其他3座大型指標建築及 環狀輕軌路網先後完工，將帶動高雄 產業升級，成為高雄翻轉的重要關 鍵。 世貿會展中心面積達4.5公頃，歷時2 年，建物採屋頂與牆面融為一體的波 浪造型，不規則的波浪曲面外觀由14 組50米大跨距鋼骨主架構圍成，外面 覆蓋1萬6000餘片鋁的複合帷幕單 元，呼應海港水岸城市意象，已取得7 項銀級候選綠建築指標及5項候選建築 指標。 世貿中心整體建築空間以通透明亮為 設計重點，拉近與水濱的距離，室內 外包含1500個標準展示攤位，挑高最 多達27米，搭配每平方 公尺5噸的樓板荷重、50公分寬60公分深的配線溝槽等設計，相當適合大型機具或船舶展示，同時規劃20至2000人的大小會議室數間。 http://newtalk.tw/news_read.php?oid=41106 -- posted from android bbs reader on my Sony Ericsson LT15i https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bbs.reader -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.143.255.105
