【簡竹君╱綜合外電報導】索馬利亞一間餐廳今遭自殺式炸彈攻擊，至少15人死亡，10餘人受傷，上月策動肯雅商場襲擊的索國武裝組織「青年軍」（al-Shabaab），承認策動襲擊。當地警方表示，死傷者多為平民。
