立院未設托兒所 立委批帶頭違法

根據性別工作平等法廿三條 ，僱用受僱者二百五十人以上之雇主，應設置托兒設施或提供適當之托兒措施。司法法制委員會今天審查立法院預算，立委葉宜津質疑，立法院共有一千零四十五名員工，卻沒有任何托兒措施，身為制定性別工作平等法的立委，他感到很丟臉。立法院秘書長林錫山則說，這個問題已經講很久了，以現在狀況，場地、經費、人員都有困難，「看看」能不能跟中央聯合辦公大樓合併建置，會繼續努力。
