安南醫院早已運作，但聯外道路迄今仍無法貫通，導致所有的車輛都往外塭庄內繞路，不僅導致社區大塞車，也讓里民飽受車流威脅，市議員林炳利14日要求市府儘速改善。市長賴清德表示，該案最快也要104年才能編列預算闢建。

林炳利表示，安南區肉品市場旁的3等60計畫道路若開通，可直上台86線並銜接高速公路，改善當前所有車流轉往外塭庄內繞路的困境，希望市府能列入明年預算開闢。市長賴清德則說，103年預算已送審來不及，最快也要104年才行。

林炳利還關切安南醫院2期建設何時進行問題。衛生局長林聖哲表示，該工程設計已完成，並提報衛生福利部，預計本月27日召開核准會議。
