【廖玉如／彰化報導】彰化跑水節11/16、17登場，11/16在八堡圳將有創意跑水嘉年華競賽，當天早上9點開放民眾現場索取投票與摸彩券，有機會抽中60吋液晶電視、智慧型手機、數位相機和平板電腦等獎品。
 
11/17在林先生廟則有當地社團、學校表演團隊等演出活動，10點起還會發送1000份仙草雞湯、1000顆茶葉蛋和1000根香腸
