代友PO文 -------------------------- 我在11/19接到台中 全海岸活蝦之家 的面試通知 因為前一份工作尚未交接完,所以約11/21下午5:00面試 面試過程都還順利,也說明了工作內容:要負責全省各點的行銷企劃與美編 隔壁的婚宴會館(同一集團)的美編設計也包含在工作範圍 月薪40000,月休5天 面試結束後,確定錄取,談好11/25(一)上班,也參觀了工作環境(包含隔壁婚宴會館) 但在昨天,下午公司打電話來 一開始先問,你還有沒有找到別的工作? 我回答沒有,因為已經談好到你們那邊上班,就不會再另外找別的工作 對方卻說,因為之前的美編要回來繼續做,所以就沒辦法請你來..通知你一下... ---抱怨分隔線---- 這不是耍人嗎? 主動邀請面試的是你們,也錄取談好上班時間 結果上班前一天下午才通知不用來了?? 遇到這樣的公司真的不知該說什麼 我能體諒公司在錄用人事可能有其他的考量與選擇 但能不能早點說?拖到前一天下午才通知 那這幾天我的時間不就浪費了? 這是在求職網站的連結 http://goo.gl/QmnSrI -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.65.204 ※ 編輯: makewoman 來自: 61.224.65.204 (11/25 10:58)
