【薛佳甯／台北報導】2014春夏巴黎女裝周今日揭開序幕，各式精品造勢活動也陸續登場。時尚人士每到巴黎必造訪的左岸精品百貨公司Le Bon Marche搶先起跑，邀請了氣質女導演蘇菲亞柯波拉（Sofia Coppola）設計百貨公司最新櫥窗，而主要陳列的商品，即是Sofia Coppola與法國精品龍頭LOUIS VUITTON合作的SC新系列包款。
身為大導演法蘭西斯柯波拉的愛女，Sofia Coppola多才又多藝，她渾然天成的時尚品味，更是設計師Marc Jacobs創作上的靈感繆斯。而她此次設計的櫥窗風格，偏向夢幻甜美精神，利用大量的粉彩氣球、大朵花卉、桃紅霓虹燈，以及童話裡的斑點小鹿，構成一幅幅夢境般視覺效果。
Sofia Coppola對自己的櫥窗創作表示：「我希望呈現出很私人的、自我的視覺，而且是與我的世界有所連結的故事。」此櫥窗將在巴黎Le Bon Marche展覽至10月26日為止。

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣政府社會處為讓失智老人一旦走失，能迅速找到一條安全回家的路，集結警察局、衛生局、民政處、12個鄉鎮市公所，及萊爾富、全家、來來3大超商與縣內喜互惠連鎖超市，建構一張社區守護網，並於今天正式啟動。

 縣長林聰賢指出，宜蘭是全國第一個建構失智老人守護網縣市。加入守護網行列的喜互惠董事長侏儒文說：「每個人都會老，要有老吾老以及人之老理念，老人美滿，才是幸福城市，對於照顧老人政策，業者應出面力挺。」

社會處長邵治綺表示，宜蘭縣約有3千多名失智老人，目前仍有1千多人未登記申領老人失智手冊，民眾若發現有失智老人，可帶往社區守護網任何一個機構，讓失智老人獲得妥善照顧與安撫，並協助在最短時間內找到回家的路。

重慶前市委書記薄熙來遭判處無期徒刑，若不上訴，將在北京秦城監獄度過他的囚徒生活，這也是中共改革開放以來，第三位中央政治局委員級別高官在此服刑。

據大公網報導，對薄熙來而言，秦城監獄是特殊存在的地方。這座中國大陸最著名的監獄，曾經關押過他的父親薄一波和岳父谷景生，而薄熙來曾經最信任，如今最痛恨的王立軍也在這座監獄服刑。如果薄熙來不上訴，也將在秦城監獄開始他的囚徒生活，薄王兩人「不是冤家不聚頭」，一起在秦城度日。

如今在秦城監獄內還有上海前市委書記陳良宇、鐵道部前部長劉志軍、中石化前董事長陳同海等中共高官，他們的刑期都在十年以上，有些甚至將在此終老，為其貪汙等罪惡付出終生代價。

秦城監獄位於北京昌平區小湯山腳下的興壽鎮秦城村，原本是個籍籍無名的小山村，卻因一所監獄而揚名中外。建於一九五八年的秦城監獄，是蘇聯援建的項目之一。自建成以來，曾關押過日本戰俘、國民黨戰犯、文革期間的「反革命分子」以及江青等四人幫。一九九○年以來，關押的主要對象是省部級腐敗官員。

王立軍因曾擔任過九個月的重慶市副市長，否則，他恐怕還達不到在秦城關押的標準。薄熙來妻子薄谷開來因並非中共幹部，她被關押在司法部直屬的燕城監獄。

大陸媒體曾披露說，秦城監獄樓房一律三層，磚結構，坡頂。每間監室有二十平方公尺，內有單獨的洗手間。重犯囚室內的牆壁是特製的，可嚴防囚犯撞牆自殺。室內、設施都被去掉了稜角，被打磨成圓形。鐵絲、碎玻璃片、繩索等可能用於自殺的工具，絕對禁止出現。對於「級別高」的犯人，每天下午到晚上可以看電視，也可以不穿統一囚服，而改穿家人提供的衣服，飲食也經常更換花色，以保證營養。

原秦城監獄監管處處長何殿奎曾透露，關押高級幹部的二○四號樓監房，每間約二十多平方公尺，即使在一九六○年代物質匱乏時期，這裡的犯人的伙食標準也是按部長級待遇。
