【陳建緯／台北報導】今天是中秋4天連假的最後1天，大部分休假民眾都在今天搭車返家，台北車站中午過後慢慢出現大批人潮，原本寬闊的北車大廳，今天除了擠滿搭車民眾，還多了不少印尼勞工，原來今天央廣今天在台鐵大廳舉辦攝影展，展出「印尼真面貌」攝影作品，讓這些印勞聚在台鐵大廳看展過中秋節。

標題[問題] 混亂高雄的交通秩序

已經住在高雄幾年的時間了, 對於一些路口的交通秩序感到相當無言, 尤其是中山三路往北方向與光華三路的交叉口, 明明汽車慢車道綠燈直行,要等到紅燈才有右轉燈亮, 但是很多汽車駕駛人都違規右轉, 常常見到汽車差點擦撞到直行機車的危險畫面, 尤其是當車子與機車幾乎平行時,車子的右後照鏡常有死角, 每次停下車來等紅燈再右轉, 後面急著右轉的車輛都會狂按喇叭, 或是超車從旁經過,然後搖下車窗狂飆髒話, 搞得好像守規舉的人錯了似的, 在這提醒騎車的人到這個路口要小心點, 開車的人不要急,尊重他人騎車或開車的安全...... -------------(以下請勿刪除)----------------------- 不管你要問什麼，都別忘了附上『高雄點』 (我是高雄人和我曾住在高雄不能當高雄點喔) 高雄點辦法請見置底公告說明 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.165.197.47

【大紀元2013年09月22日訊】（新紀元週刊344期，李清怡編譯）比利時投資商約翰．布魯克斯（Johan Broux）向曼哈頓聯邦法庭提交起訴書，指控中石油違反美國證券法。

由於中共「石油幫」與在紐約上市的中石油集團直接關聯，美國當局可以利用反腐敗法、反洗錢法來挖出那些非法操作。

當前，中共高官的腐敗調查指向了「石油幫」。《金融時報》副主編約翰．加普（John Gapper）在博文中說，由於中共「石油幫」與在紐約上市的中石油集團直接關聯，對於美國當局來說，這似乎是一個介入調查的絕佳機會，當然，也可能不是。

前陣子摩根大通集團被指以雇用中共高官子女而涉嫌賄賂，美國證券交易委員會已經就此事準備對摩根大通進行調查。事實上，很多華爾街銀行和投資基金公司在中國都有類似的做法。

中共國資委主任蔣潔敏的被捕則突顯中共腐敗現狀的嚴峻。國資委，全稱中國國有資產監督管理委員會，是負責監管諸如中石油一類國有企業的機構。調查鎖定對象涉及與中石油有連帶關係的高官，包括中共前公安系統頭目、政治局常委周永康。

由於周永康是現已落馬的重慶黨委書記薄熙來的後臺，所以此次調查被解讀為是對薄熙來黨羽的打擊。另外，自從2009年中共採取經濟刺激政策以來，中國國有企業排擠私人企業，所以此次反腐調查也可被視作對國有企業的一次整頓。

腐敗活動是否牽扯美國實體公司

目前的問題是，美國司法部或其他機構到底想對中石油的腐敗調查參與到什麼程度。假如中石油是一個西方公司，那麼這些逮捕事件的發生，對於那些實施美國《海外反腐敗法》的人員和機構來說，就是一個線索。

美國著名中國問題專家章家敦（Gordon Chang）在《福布斯》雜誌撰文分析，一些人士認為，北京方面反腐調查範圍之大，將促使美國對中石油進行調查。香港奧邁企業顧問公司（Alvarez & Marsal.）法律糾紛諮詢部門負責人凱斯．威廉姆森（Keith Williamson）說：「中國這次的腐敗案牽涉多家公司，這些公司與美國也有關聯。我猜測美國當局會做一個初步評估，確認這些被指證的腐敗活動是否牽扯在美國成立或上市的實體公司。」

翰羽國際律師事務所（Squire Sanders）的丹尼爾．路雷斯（Daniel Roules）提出，美國當局可以利用反洗錢法來挖出那些非法操作。

但是在這個問題上，中共政府不大可能與美國的同仁們合作。中共官員顯然認為：對周永康在其任政治局常委的五年中的行為進行調查，這事過於敏感。他們決定對周永康更早期的歷史進行追查，這樣對於中共的整體形象的損害將大大減少。

對周永康在中石油任期內的調查，倒是讓美國監管審查部門注意到了一個可能存在問題的中國大企業。

丹尼爾．路雷斯說：「我們只能期望美國政府有足夠的能力獲得在美上市公司的信息，畢竟，沒有什麼比保證自由市場的誠信更為重要。」

中石油隱瞞腐敗事實被控違反美國證券法

《彭博》新聞9月4日報導，已經有投資者指控中石油違反美國證券法，因為中石油未披露其腐敗事實，美國上市公司本應接受美國的調查和處罰。

比利時投資商約翰．布魯克斯（Johan Broux）向曼哈頓聯邦法庭提交起訴書，希望代表從2012年4月26日至2013年8月27日所有購買中石油股票的投資人。布魯克斯說，8月28日，在兩個中共政府機構對中石油高管進行調查的消息報出後，中石油的股票下跌率超過了3.5％。

除了中石油外，同時被起訴的還有中石油董事長兼總裁周吉平、財務總監于毅波以及該公司兩名前任高管──前財務總監周明春和前董事長兼總裁蔣潔敏。布魯克斯沒有提出具體的賠償金額。◇

thumbs.db 是電腦中的縮圖快取檔案，雖然說沒有佔據太多的空間，不過也算是垃圾檔案的一種，有時候更會造成資料夾無法刪除的狀況，這時可以透過 Thumbnail Database Cleaner 一次清理個徹底，多多少少可以釋放一些電腦空間唷！

Browser 整個硬碟或是特定資料夾，勾選 Include Subdirectories 讓他掃描所有的子資料夾，Start Search 開始掃描，掃描完成後會出現列表清單，全部選取之後 Clean 就大功告成。

要關閉 thumbs.db 可以參考以下文章：

標題[問題] 水箱爆了硬開會怎樣?

剛剛開到半路的時候突然從擋風玻璃前方噴出一大堆水 我沒看清楚是雨刷水還是水箱水 看了一下引擎溫度表又沒有往上升 就以為是雨刷噴水的壞了繼續開 然後又開了大概10分鐘 結果引擎溫度表就開始慢慢往上飆 趕緊把車停路邊 才知道應該是水箱有問題 把引擎蓋打開 看副水箱水又是滿的 但不敢打開水箱蓋加水 因為之前有經驗突然打開水箱蓋蒸氣差點把我燙死 但這時候身上沒帶錢也沒帶手機 想叫道路救援也沒辦法 距離家裡又不到10分鐘 只剩4公里的路程 後來是開一下 看引擎溫度上來快到紅線的時候就停路邊把引擎蓋打開散熱 等大概20~30分鐘再開 溫度上來再停20~30分鐘 硬是這樣開到家裡 到家裡引擎是沒有冒煙 但不知道會造成什麼影響 請問這樣車子會壞得更嚴重嗎? 後續要注意哪邊? 大概要多少錢啊 唉... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.50.149
