【石永軒／新北報導】上個月7日在街頭遭「行刑式」開槍擊斃的天道盟份子劉芳成（50歲），警方追查槍手近2個月，昨晚10時許，1名遭通緝的嫌犯吳俊廷（32歲）突然現身投案，還帶著沒有槍管、滑套的生鏽槍身，聲稱自己就是槍手，供稱雙方因為行車糾紛，才會氣憤地開槍狂轟對方。

吳嫌向警方表示，犯案時騎乘的機車已經推入淡水河，作案槍枝也拆解，將滑套、彈匣、槍管分三次丟入新莊中港大排，警方也已派員打撈，但是懷疑吳嫌避重就輕，將會持續追查有無其他犯案動機或是否冒名頂替。

【綜合報導】美國加州一名10歲女童，當地時間周四(19日)凌晨在家中睡覺時，突然覺得下半身疼痛驚醒，發現自己內褲有血，連忙叫醒熟睡中的父母，父母以為女童「轉大人」、初潮來了，安慰女兒說沒事，叫她乖乖回床上睡覺。天亮後女兒表示一直都在痛，父母才在女兒床上發現了一枚子彈，還在床邊與牆上發現彈孔，並在女兒的臀部找到小傷口，才驚覺報警。

警方初步研判，是路過車輛從屋外開槍，女童在屋內遭到流彈波及，幸好子彈沒有進入體內、只是皮外傷，但父母的疏忽卻讓女孩延誤了5小時就醫。警方表示，聽完父母的解釋，相信他們並不是故意延誤送醫的。目前案件仍在偵辦中。

成德市場位於忠孝醫院對面，就在「捷運後山埤站」出口附近，

聽說這裡有道「舌肉麵」（不是蛇肉喔）相當好吃，還有「麻醬麵」跟「綜合湯」都超讚，

第一次來，因為跑來排隊人潮太多而放棄，第二次來又遇到公休，直到第三次跑來才吃到。

整個成德市場逛一圈，您可以發現這家「林記麻醬麵」真的是這裡的霸主，

一般店家都一個店面而已，而這家至少有四、五個店面。

編號086、103、105、107等都是他們的店，簡直是電腦作業系統中的微軟等級。

舌肉麵 60元

剛喝到第一口湯就覺得它很特別，味道相當濃郁，

麵的部份一開始覺得有點不夠熟，但吃著吃著也覺得還能接受，

另外還有青菜、薑絲、豆芽等佐料。

為什麼這個叫「舌肉」我也不知道，並不是豬舌頭呀，（我在想是不是嘴邊肉）

這個肉相當「軟Q」好吃，那味道讓我有點懷念（不是第一次吃到），

旅行台灣時，吃過一些生意很好的台灣傳統小吃麵店，大概就是這個味道。

舌肉跟湯配合起來真是雙絕，即使還沒點綜合湯來喝，我也幾乎能保證那綜合湯絕對很不錯。

下次要再來點「麻醬麵」加「綜合湯」的選擇，

不過不知道是不是他們味精加太多還是什麼，小豪吃完舌頭會覺得稍微有些不舒服。

由於客人很多，就看到老闆先把麵準備好。

用餐環境就是這種室內建築的傳統市場，衛生還OK，有冷氣開放。

提供一下用餐環境資訊，追求美食的朋友可以自行考慮一下。

話說這店排隊人潮真的蠻誇張的，11點多而已，

除了幾乎每桌都坐滿客人了以外，也開始有人在排隊了。

綜合湯５０元

又找機會過來品嚐林記麻醬麵的綜合湯，這跟舌肉麵的湯不太一樣，

綜合湯多了一股海鮮的甜味，味道非常的讚，難怪隨時隨地都會大排長籠。

豬肝蠻嫩的，吃得時候需要稍微撕咬，但又不至於到沒熟，不過若不趁早吃很快就苦了，

蚵仔相當大顆飽滿，應該也相當新鮮，吃得時候能感受到滿口濃厚的蚵仔味，

剩下還有蛤蜊、舌肉、青菜、薑絲等，整體來說小豪還是覺得舌肉最為特殊好吃。

然後我終於問老闆什麼是舌肉了，果然就是嘴邊肉。

料蠻實在的！

麻醬麵３５元

這碗麻醬麵真的有夠香，如果你跟朋友一起來吃，上桌後你要借來拍照一下，

那感覺就像把狗狗最愛的食物放在牠鼻子上要牠別吃一樣困難。

小豪最怕吃麻醬麵時吃到那種沙沙乾乾的口感，不喜歡，不過這家完全沒這問題，

醬料也非常的獨特，看大家來這都一定要點上一碗。

不過這碗麵並不是小豪喜愛的類型。

成德市場就在忠孝醫院正對面，附近的住戶應該都知道忠孝醫院在哪。

而忠孝醫院正門口的馬路對面是圖書館（算是市場的建築），從這個門走進去，

往右邊走，就會看到林記麻醬麵了。

還有網友推薦這的素食麵，不知道是不是換老闆了，小豪吃並沒有覺得值得推薦。

若要從捷運站走過來，請搭車到「捷運後山埤站」，從3號出口出來後往後180度回轉，

沿著玉成街直走（不要左右轉），約5~7分鐘能走到成德市場。

據美國《富比士》雙周刊網站9月15日報導，他們並不是蜂擁而至。大多數人是華裔。盡管與美國移民資料相比微不足道，但遷居大陸的外國人數量明顯呈上升趨勢。報導稱，2012年共有1202名外國人拿到大陸版『綠卡』，成為世界第二大經濟體的合法、永久性居民。公安部出入境管理局局長鄭百崗表示，大陸的外國人永久居留証發放量較2012年上升超過80%。

據華東資訊網報導指出，新獲得居留証的人裡，超過半數是在美國、加拿大、澳大利亞、德國和日本居住的大陸移民或他們的後代。他們遷居東部沿海主要城市，尋找或已經擁有專業工作。一名美籍華人埃達·容（音）表示，她於2011年申請了外國人永久居留証。她說，大陸的永久居留証讓她擁有了家庭文化的歸屬感。大陸已成為她的『新家』。

她說：『我每年都要回美國一兩次，看望家人，「綠卡」減少了出入境的麻煩。』她說，她許多朋友也打算申請外國人永久居留証。據公安部稱，2010年大陸政府向564名申請人發放了外國人永久居留証，2011年上升至656人。其中至少有53%的人來自大陸移民家庭。第二大群體是已在大陸工作和投資數年的專業人員。

據美國國土安全部稱，2012年美國發放了100萬張『綠卡』。報導指出，獲得大陸永久性居民資格比拿到美國『綠卡』更難，盡管越來越多的人有意在大陸安家。據悉，約有11.8萬名外國人在北京居住。截至2012年底，共有63.3萬名外國人在大陸生活，而2010年的資料為52.5萬。
