【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院今天開議，也是行政院長江宜樺與立法院長王金平在關說風暴後首次同場互動。9點議場鈴聲一響，王金平進入議場主持會議，但約10秒後，行政院長江宜樺才從議場旁入口進入。江一進場就被部分民進黨立委報以噓聲，入座過程與王視線無交集，也沒有任何互動。

王金平在主席台上表情嚴肅，江宜樺就座後也沒有特別神情，專心低頭整理文件、做筆記。當綠委吳秉叡結束國是論壇發言後台下一陣歡呼，江宜樺稍微抬頭偷瞄了一下台下民進黨立委區塊。

【大紀元2013年09月17日訊】土耳其副總理阿林奇（Bulent Arinc）16日在首都安卡拉（Ankara）證實，土耳其空軍戰機當天在土耳其與敘利亞邊境地區擊落一架「侵入土耳其領空」的敘利亞武裝直升機。目前，敘利亞方面尚未就此事作出反應。

阿林奇對媒體說，敘利亞一架米－17武裝直升機不顧土耳其邊防部隊的多次警告，持續深入土耳其領空達兩公里（超過1英里；1.6公里）。被從馬拉蒂亞基地趕來的土耳其空軍戰機發射導彈擊落，這架武裝直升機最後墜燬在敘境內。

基隆巨石危機日前解除，不過仍有危石！公路總局指出，台2線北部濱海公路南雅~鼻頭路段岩壁有崩裂岩石，為避免無預警掉落危及用路人，將在今(17)日10時到下午3時進行封路除石。

9月1日台2線瑞芳路段落石砸中行駛中的小轎車，造成車內2人受傷送醫；公路總局第一區養護工程處勘查後發現台2線82k+150距地面高約100m、83k+100距地面高約10m岩壁有崩裂岩石。

為避免無預警掉落危及用路人，在17日10：00~15：00封閉台2線81K+500~84K+000(南雅~鼻頭路段)，施工方式先將邊坡上裂石以人工垂吊清除移至道路，再以機械破碎清除；公路總局提醒用路人行經該路段依交管人員指揮通行，並隨時注意新聞資訊，提早規畫替代路線。

------[以下文長，慎入]------ 昨天（前天？）去了諾亞方舟最終場， 同一天，我的Ptt生涯也邁入第3000天。 這裡很多人都跟著五月天走過十年以上， 三千、四千多個日子或許已經超過1/2的生命， 算一算自己也默默的聽了三千多個日子的五月天， 但這麼近的看live卻是第一次。 這次聽的是No.68 + No.71。 一直很感謝最後有版友幫忙詢問到票才能登上最後一場的方舟， 最讓我印象深刻的莫過於介紹到KB跟合音的老師們， 真的很謝謝你們給了我這麼豐富的五月天，也解答了我許多的問題。 No.68時，阿信對著台下問：不曉得大家參加過幾場？ No.71時，阿信對著台下問：有不是第一次來參加的嘛？ 我的人生中只參加過三場演唱會，其中有2/3是五月天， 而帶給我滿滿感動的則是100%都是五月天， 相信如果還有未來， 那麼其中的3/4、4/5、N/N+1也都會是五月天。 或許是因為職業是醫生外加個性的關係，我一直都是個很冷靜的人， 就是那種連人生第一次看演唱會， 買了破萬的票站在距離Lady Gaga不到三十公尺距離的地方， 都可以沉默的站著不動，就只是抬頭看，心中想著"嗯，這舞團很讚"或"這首我會"， 任由身邊的人尖叫到我想要捂住耳朵跟他說"你的尖叫聲讓我聽不到他唱歌了"。 前兩年的方舟，我都在值班不然就是隔天要值班， 這次賣票的時間還是我值班的時間（連釋票我都在上班......）， 原本都已經絕望、想說以後更沒機會沒時間看， 朋友知道之後買了兩張票找我去看No.68，代價就是要載他來回。 No.68因為醫院實在離太遠，下班又比較晚，一路狂奔進去正好在播VCR， 而要聽No.71的方舟時，我提早進場， 才聽到家家唱歌，就覺得眼眶泛淚， 2012主歌一出來我就飆淚了。 自己一個人去看演唱會的好處莫過於： 怎麼飆淚怎麼尖叫怎麼跳，都不用顧慮面子問題。 經過昨天的No.71 我喉嚨真的有點痛...... No.68則是剛好在重感冒中，不要咳到臉爆紅就不錯了（攤手） 在No.71現場還買了人生第一支螢光棒 結果我媽剛剛回到家看到，他說：這放在你車上，以後必要時可以拿出來指揮... 我：這上面有MAYDAY耶，還會閃...... 媽：這樣不是很好嘛？才看的夠清楚啊！ （以後路上看到有人車子拋錨拿著MAYDAY螢光棒在指揮的人應該會是我吧...） 已經數不清到底淚流了幾次，只知道連冠佑唱墓仔埔也敢去的時候我也哭了， （嗯......是很開心的那種哭） 更不用說在talking、在唱歌時，只知道昨天淚腺真是特別發達啊TwT 人生的其中一個夢想就是：能看到五月天live唱人生海海。 我想這次在最後的最後聽到人生海海，已經死而無憾了。 ----- 會開始接觸五月天，是因為我親愛的老媽在我還在念國中/高中時， 為了五月天要去高雄唱跨年，一起把我拎去， 然後他擠的不見蹤影，留我在最後面坐著發呆等他們。 那時有的印象就是每天回家都被媽媽放的歌洗腦，而且是同一首歌， 我媽總是說「你台語那麼爛，放點台語歌讓你練習聽！」 後來考上大學憑心裡頭的旋律去找youtube才知道那原來是"憨人"。 謎之音：結果真正資深的五迷是我媽...... 因為小時候學古典音樂學的很精，假日一天練16個小時的琴是基本， 到國中才第一次聽到流行歌，然後也不知道為什麼， 當我媽知道我喜歡周杰倫時（因為我第一首聽的流行歌就是他的）， 他就拼命的拿五月天的歌來洗我.......... 偏偏我又是對旋律記憶力超好的人，五月天的歌即使不知道歌名， 幾乎聽了一遍看著歌詞就會唱，所以就順利的被洗腦了................... 大學很跳tone的參加熱音社（+合唱團）， 除了原本就會的KB之外又自己學了一點鼓、bass、吉他， 五月天的歌其實很像國歌，好唱好上手好帶氣氛， 但是想要做到完美，就覺得真的很困難， 每次聽了又聽就覺得好像這個合音還缺了一角、這KB還要加什麼、弦樂要加在哪， 就連實習結束時的表演，我們團挑的OAOA跟乾杯， 我找遍了所有live版本就是找不到弦樂團在哪，然後摸摸鼻子自己去拉琴兼彈KB， （因為怎樣都覺得那樣子的弦樂就是要用拉的才有感覺） 到No.68終於看到KB小周老師才恍然大悟（外加想去撞豆腐自盡）。 在No.71 每首歌響起時雖然會跟著大叫跟著跳 但頭腦還是會自動開始分析 連每段solo都會思考"這跟No.68有那麼一點點的不一樣！" 即便如此， 看五月天玩音樂真的是一件很快樂的事情， 而最近又加上了一些其他的意義， 一首好歌，大概就是這樣吧，朗朗上口卻又發人深省，現場聽起來又很催淚。 （......就連傷心的人別聽慢歌一邊在動次動次都能讓我落淚......（整個很沒用）） 希望這次的等待是漫長的， 在看見每個人揮灑著汗，以及疲憊的黑眼圈之後。 我也希望哪天帶著一把吉他上山或去外島時， T1213121一下去，那兒的小朋友也能跟著一起唱 :) 音樂不只有感染力，也是能夠療癒身心的。 下次能夠的話，我會帶著我媽這比我還資深很多的五迷一起去的！ 謝謝你們，能夠讓我繼續勇敢的向前走。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.1.198.22
