所以接到了威寶公司的專員電話

他告訴我說 我約到期 問我要不要續約 然後說

因為我是老客戶了 所以現在有方案

續約的話看是要買手機有折扣 還是要拿六千元的 燦坤或順發3C的禮卷

然後差不多就是這樣 也在我同意之下 在線上幫我做了續約+禮卷方案

我在快三月的時候 因為想買PS-VITA 所以去問了禮卷的事情

當時直營店的門市小姐幫我查了電腦資料 跟我說

我不用在簽續約合約書 也不用預付多少錢 只要填個資料就可以拿禮卷

然後我在沒有帶證件的情況下 想說 改天再來拿好了

結果剛好工作卡在那時候非常繁忙 然後我就忘了要買PS-VITA跟禮卷的事情

最近因為手機在工作的時候壞了 我才想起這件事

於是在前去詢問的時候 他跟我說 要續約30個月 才可以領取禮卷

我就問他們說 當時你們說不用 然後電腦資料也跟我確認過 怎麼現在又改口了

然後門事小姐態度很差 就說 不續約就是不能拿禮卷

我就說 那我打給當時的威寶專員 問清楚好了

結果威寶專員跟我說 不用續約 就可以領取了 他說他看過電腦資料 確定沒錯

我就在跟門市小姐他們說 請他們看電腦資料確認

後來他們看了電腦以後 就跟我說 我有沒有帶雙證件 我說有

然後他們問我要哪家的禮卷 我說順發的 他們就說 順發沒貨喔

如果要順發就要等幾天 公司到貨下來會通知 我就說好

結果 一個禮拜後 我收到通知 他們說禮卷到貨

我就馬上去門市領取 結果他們跟我要了雙證件影印

然後過一會跟我說 要我在紙上簽個名字

我就說 這是甚麼 是續約的合約書嗎?

他們一開始一直跟我說不是 只是領取需要簽名

後來當我看了那張紙後 我就說 這擺明就是續約合約書啊

他們就態度變了 然後說 不續約 就不能拿禮卷

我就說 這跟你前幾天講的不一樣啊 他們說 反正你要領就是要續約30個月

我回說 那我不就是等於重複續約 我又不是傻了

他們說 你一月多續約的事情不算數 現在這個才算

那我就覺得他們自打嘴巴啊 因為當我說 那我不要網路 要切掉的時候

他們又說 你一月多續約的合約上說了你的網路是綁約的

整個就很矛盾 我說要打給專員讓他們去講

他們說今天假日專員不上班 而且他們不是聽行銷部的 是聽客服的

客服說的才是正確的 公司其他部門講的都是假的

現在我整個很無言 我卡著一月的續約 我又拿不到續約的優惠

又被逼迫在簽下第二個30個月的約 因為這件事情把我搞了兩個月

我無奈的想買手機 想換電信業者 又礙於續約還在

門號也卡著很多重要的電話.. 一些老客戶找我也習慣打這支號碼

我想知道 有人可以告訴我 我該怎麼做嗎..

他們說一套 做一套 說我的續約不成立 然後又說我的續約狀態是存在的

威寶公司都這樣嗎? 之前聽人家說過 可是想說用了這麼多年都很好

沒想到 一個優惠方案一推出 就可以看清一家公司

我從頭到尾口氣都很好 我不知道未什麼一提到想領禮卷 他們的臉都很臭 口氣都很差

甚至還把主管請出來 叫主管也一起來慫恿我續約

我算過了 這個約在續下去 等於是我續約了60個月 ...

【綜合報導】強颱萬宜昨晨從愛知縣登陸日本中部，挾強風豪雨沿著本州一路襲向東北，京都等關西地區下起數十年難得一見的豪雨，下令疏散近57萬人。京都知名賞楓景點嵐山渡月橋被暴漲河水淹得只剩橋面，旅館出動小船載房客逃難。颱風在日造成至少3死6失蹤129傷，打亂新幹線和國內線航空交通。

萬宜夾帶大量濕暖水氣直撲日本，日本氣象廳昨早針對京都、福井、滋賀等三地發布大雨特報。與美總統歐巴馬姓氏同音的福井縣小濱市（Obama）、京都市右京區等地，在短短48小時下了300毫米，超過9月平均雨量。貫穿京都的桂川河水一度淹過堤防，上游知名景點嵐山渡月橋和左岸的旅館和紀念品專賣店全都泡在水裡，水深及腰。

　嚴部長中午由參謀總長高廣圻上將、副部長嚴德發上將及國軍重要幹部陪同主持秋節餐會，代表馬總統感謝國軍官兵戮力戰訓辛勞，全天候執行各項戰備整備任務，成為國家生存發展和百姓安全福祉的堅實後盾，使國人得以安心團聚、歡度佳節。

　部長表示，近期「潭美」、「康芮」颱風造成部分地區嚴重災情，國軍在第一時間掌握颱風動態，完成救災兵力整備與全般防救災任務；無論是颱風登陸前，或是災情發生後，都有國軍官兵救災身影，充分發揮「苦民所苦、急民所急」的大愛精神，不僅有效降低人民生命財產的損失，更讓國軍成為民眾在危急中最值得託付的守護者，在在證明國軍是一支「戰時能作戰、平時能救災」的國防勁旅，是民眾所信賴的力量。

　部長指出，此次秋節有四天連續假期，特別提醒國軍同仁應妥善規劃假期，從事正當休閒活動，遵守營外軍紀要求規定，同時，更要重視家庭的經營與照顧，兼顧家庭與工作之間的平衡點，以成就長久的軍人事業。

　餐會中，部長偕同高總長及嚴副部長，逐桌向官兵、同仁賀節，並對他們在工作崗位上的努力付出，表達由衷感謝與敬意；官兵也熱情、齊聲祝賀部長及各級長官佳節快樂，場面溫馨。

【蕭孜玹／台北報導】納豆昨帶父母到宜蘭玩，一家3口興奮與恐龍模型合照，還裝出被咬的痛苦表情。納豆也在微博po父母的合照說：「我老媽覺得我老爸演不出被恐龍咬的感覺，於是在恐龍嘴裡直接用力捏我爸，結果...嗯，看來她成功了〜」網友們紛紛讚他們一家人「很可愛」。
