圖http://ppt.cc/2ash MAYBELLINE BABY SKIN 我很喜歡買粉紅色的隔離試底乳 可是通常都偏乾導致出油，或者是悶熱導致出痘 然後我的皮膚又有點麻煩~很薄很容易過敏紅癢出痘 所以其實我平常不太保養 只有用洗面乳洗完就睡了，太乾頂多上橄欖油 雖然沒有像大部分的水水擁有水煮蛋那種皮膚 可是至少穩定也不出痘~沒有痘痘又不紅腫癢比較好化妝.. 我幾乎晚上都沒有在睡覺，皮膚很蠟黃~沒上底妝很像吸毒犯 尤其是那個淚溝加萬惡黑眼圈 最近去買衛生紙想說試用這隻"感覺"挺好用的~ 反正正在八五折就算雷也會忘記這回事的.. 用了一個禮拜了~真的挺推薦的!! 因為我幾乎不買有香味的東西~很容易癢 結果這個我竟然不會癢~~而且也很好推 也沒有太悶熱的問題上面寫SPF35/PA+++ 上完一層後在臉頰跟下巴額頭在多上一次 就覺得整個容光煥發!!可以直接出門了(不過可能要補個眉毛XD) 現在整個大勝開架類隔離乳~媚點粉橘那隻在我心中的地位 持久度了化我不太補妝~只是最近很想素顏出門(天氣熱懶懶的) 所以我也不是很在意他的持久度~就當防曬乳一直補吧@_@ 反正只上一層只有三分鐘的時間不到吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.251.182

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】台北市長郝龍斌今上午接見國際職業安全衛生專家，會後受訪時對媒體提問9月29日國民黨召開19全代會，黨內人士認為郝龍斌將出任副主席，他僅說，「沒有這資訊」，這是黨中央與主席的職掌，目前國民黨最重要是的團結，再來是療傷、止痛。

【陳建緯／新北報導】新北市有民眾今天上午9時許行經三重區環河北路，發現1名男子躺在駕駛座上毫無反應趕緊報警，警消到場發現男子已全身發黑明顯死亡。

警方到場採證，發現車輛後座上有煤炭爐，車上留有遺書表明對母親的歉意。警方發現，車輛從9日起就停放在該地，男子在車內燒炭自殺多日，雨刷上夾了厚厚停車收費單，路邊停車收費員每天開單竟然未發現，令人不解。

國際民航組織（ICAO）以特邀貴賓身分邀請民航局長沈啟出席今年將在加拿大蒙特婁召開的ICAO大會，駐美代表金溥聰說，非常感謝美國公開支持與協助，讓ICAO案有正面進展。

ICAO預定於9月24日至10月4日在加拿大蒙特婁召開第38屆ICAO大會，沈啟以「特邀貴賓」身分出席大會，是中華民國退出聯合國後，中華民國交通部民航局長首度獲邀出席ICAO大會。

金溥聰表示，ICAO理事會主席龔薩雷茲（RobertoKobeh Gonzalez）正式邀請民航局長沈啟出席大會，誠摯感謝美國公開支持與協助，讓台灣加入ICAO案終於獲得正面進展。

金溥聰指出，中華民國政府自2009年起推動有意義參與ICAO，希望更能有效掌握國際飛航標準的制訂方向，並獲得第一手飛安資訊，這項訴求除獲台灣朝野共識，也獲得美國及國際社會友人支持。

此外，金溥聰也說，近年兩岸關係大幅改善，兩岸人民密切交流帶動直航航班大幅增加，更為台灣務實參與ICAO創造有利環境。

同時，美國對台灣爭取參與ICAO也是積極支持，尤其參議院與眾議院更在今年6月分別以壓倒性票數通過支持台灣以觀察員身分參與ICAO法案。

美國總統歐巴馬不僅於7月12日簽署參、眾兩院通過的法案，更同步發表聲明強調美國堅定支持台灣有意義參與國際組織，展現美國行政部門支持台灣的積極態度，美國的支持動能，也終於讓台灣參與ICAO案的努力，終於有初步的正面進展。

金溥聰表示，誠摯感謝美國行政部門及國會，長期以來對中華民國政府推動參與國際組織所給予積極協助，並強調台灣願持續在跨領域、跨國界，攸關國際民生福祉議題上，與美國等其他理念相近國家加強合作。

受惠蘋果新品拉貨，印刷電路板(PCB)與軟板廠8月營收平均月增16%，投顧業預期，下游訂單高峰將落於10月至11月，但對蘋果銷量仍保守，應提防淡季及庫存調整問題。

蘋果發表iPhone5S和5C，硬體規格並無令人驚豔之處，加5C訂價策略不夠低，不利於iPhone總銷量提升，且在消費市場偏好大尺寸訴求下，恐難以吸引龐大換機需求。

統一投顧指出，短期上，軟板廠仍有業績動能，但10至11月新機鋪貨需求後，伴隨而來的將是面臨淡季及庫存調整問題。

軟板上游軟性銅箔基板(FCCL)廠方面，台虹8月營收新台幣9.49億元，月增3.8%，再創歷史新高，並優於預期，因FCCL需求佳，加上近期中國大陸太陽能補助優於預期，太陽能背板部分拉貨力道佳。新揚科8月營收1.56億元，月成長5.6%，8月起中國大陸手機需求回溫，有利營收成長。

立法院長王金平暫保國會議長寶座，今天他上午抵達立院處理公事，他受訪時表示，馬英九和江宜樺「他們都是我心中的菩薩」，非常感謝他們；至於下周二開議可能會與江宜樺「王見王」，王金平說：「我絕對不會尷尬。」

談到與馬、江關係，王金平說，慢慢的，關係總是有改善的時候，很多過程都是依照程序走的，也不是什麼深仇大恨，未來平常心互動，順其自然，無論如何還是要努力為國、為民奉獻。

至於馬英九召集的五人小組將不再邀請王金平參加，王表示，「尊重主人的決定」，而國民黨也將原訂下周一舉辦的立法行政研討會改成黨團大會，王金平則表示，改變形式也很好，因為效果大概都一樣。

王金平今天下午將南下高雄，回到選區，探望臥病在床的胞兄。

國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池昨天說，16日原訂舉行立法行政部門議事運作研討會，改開國民黨團會議。媒體報導，未來國民黨將使出切割戰術，不再邀請王金平出席府院黨的五人小組會議。

王金平上午在住家門口接受媒體訪問表示，立法行政部門議事運作研討會取消，他尊重黨的決定。

媒體詢問，未來所有黨政行程恐將不再邀請他，王金平表示，他還是一樣會站在公正、公平、中立的立場處理所有議事。

媒體追問，17日立法院開議，邀行政院長江宜樺施政報告，兩人見面會不會尷尬？王金平說「怎麼會尷尬？不會的」。

王金平說，畢竟大家共事這麼久，也一同遇過那麼多事情，所以他還是會以尊重、禮遇的態度來處理江宜樺到立法院報告的情況。何況江宜樺到立法院來，是行使憲法義務；他擔任院會主席，也是依憲法職權與規範。江宜樺向院會主席行禮，是對整個院會的基本敬重。

至於是否擔心在野黨不讓江宜樺施政報告，王金平說，昨天協商時，在野黨不希望邀請江宜樺來，還是經他裁定大家才沒有意見。但17日院會將怎麼進行，可能臨場時才會知道。起碼希望好好讓江宜樺完成施政報告。

　總統府發言人李佳霏表示，馬英九總統無法接受立法院長關說司法個案，這個立場絕對不會改變。但地方法院做出了裁定，總統表示尊重，除了維持政府順利運作，其他的活動則會做出必要的調整。　李佳霏說，馬總統堅持捍衛司法獨立與司法紀律的立場從未改變，為了台灣的民主法治發展，這是全民都應該堅守的紅線。在抗拒政治力量關說司法案件這件事情上，沒有任何灰色地帶，也不容猶豫妥協。
