【廖珮君、林潔禎／台北報導】彰銀（2801）下午召開董事會，官民股大戰4小時，對台新金（2887）的董事代表提與台新合併研究案列為「報告案」，引發公股不滿，認為台新是要「實質推動合併案」，4席公股董事在會中輪番質疑，公股提出撤回該合併研究議案，且要求全面終止執行，但台新不埋單，公股和台新代表各說各話。

據了解，在台新金堅不退讓下，此「合併研究案」最後是由台新5席董事代表完成「洽悉」，而4席公股董事（含2席獨董）則是「不洽悉」，並列入董事會紀錄。公股代表說，列董事會的會議紀錄，將做為未來雙方訴訟的依據，也是未來金管會審核台新合併彰銀時，做為准駁的參考。

針對外傳公股代表要在董事會中，以臨時提案方式提出撤換台新代表、彰銀董事長陳淮舟，公股董事強調：「從頭到尾董事會都沒說要撤換陳淮舟。」財政部也發聲明稿，特別澄清並無換人一事。

台新金總經理饒世湛下午面對媒體詢問時說，對於台新銀與彰銀合併，「台新金至始至終立場都沒有改變」，至於外界評論，他不予置評。

我有用過~個人認為還算不錯唷~下載相機360效果更棒!!!
喜歡高畫質的話真的比較推sony Z 或ZL 前者前境220萬 後者前境200萬(後境皆為1300萬)
不過蝴蝶機或S4畫質也很不錯唷~~

核四公投案今天決戰立法院，在野黨自昨晚起占據議場主席台，在議場布置「反對續建核四」「核四立即停建」等標語及海報，並將椅子推擋立院院長王金平進出主席台的出入口，讓國民黨無法發動突襲，讓王金平上台主持議事。

立法院院會排定今天處理藍營立法委員李慶華提出的「你是否同意核四廠停止興建不得運轉？」公民投票案，但民進黨昨天傍晚發動戰術，藉「找東西」理由，成功進入議場，並占據主席台跨夜抗爭。稍晚台聯黨、親民黨也加入夜宿的陣營。

國民黨立委今清晨4點半發動突擊，雙方爆發不只一波衝突，然而藍營無法成功攻占主席台。

同時在野立委也將報紙塞在國民黨籍立委的電子表決器上，遭藍營要求議事人員清除。

小米科技總裁林斌今天來台，積極提升物流速度，希望能將客戶平均4天的等待期，縮短至24小時，未來也不排除與超商7-11合作收送、物流、支付服務。

林斌今天來台，除了向運營商遠傳電信了解銷售成績，也積極向台灣物流業者黑貓宅急便交換意見，希望能將客戶平均4天的等待期，縮短至24小時，在大台北5個地區則希望縮短至12小時，預計在年底前可達成。

台灣是小米機第一個在海外銷售的地區，目前仍採取與電信商合作及網路銷售的模式雙軌並行，林斌表示，小米機目前暫無海外上市計畫，必須將物流與維修等環節做好後，才有可能思考下一步。

談及維修問題，林斌表示，目前小米機在台灣的維修通路為遠傳電信及震旦通訊行，和其他手機送修一樣，採取正常流程的維修方式，目前致力縮短物流速度，未來不排除會與超商7-11合作收送、物流、支付服務。

小米機在大陸有24個小米之家，以及400個授權維修點。

大陸智慧型手機市場蓬勃發展，智慧機普及度高，林斌認為，低價機款眾多可推升換機需求越來越強烈，頻率也變快，小米機對高階手機的定義是擁有高規格的配備，但價格則因通路與行銷成本節省，可平易近人。

未來針對台灣市場布局，林斌將持續觀察台灣雙卡雙待市場，思考是否要引進紅米機，由於紅米機價格不到新台幣5000元，小米科技也希望洗刷台灣用戶認為低價沒好貨的印象。

放眼市面上的手機廠，僅蘋果和三星有賺錢，宏達電在第3季恐怕也將面臨虧損，林斌回應，小米也是因為有配件服務等銷售，才能賺錢，要靠手機賺錢確實真的不容易。

儘管大螢幕尺寸越來越夯，小米仍認為4.7吋是最適合掌握的尺寸，把字體放大，會比把螢幕放大更好。

在原價屋看見有雙核配獨顯 也有四核配獨顯可是價錢居然都一樣
