前陣子開車到台東來了一趟輕鬆的旅程，台東的確是讓人會想放鬆的地方
從南迴一路開車到台東，中間除了便利商店休息之外，第一站竟然就是吃！
朋友跟我說有一家臭豆腐很好吃，我原以為是老東台米台目旁邊的，上次飲恨沒吃到
結果是來到了久昂臭豆腐，這家真的不錯吃，尤其是蘿蔔糕啊！

這裡的臭豆腐在點菜的時候，老闆會問說要軟一點？還是要酥一點？
我想這個大家所喜歡的口感就不同，而我自己喜歡的是酥中帶軟
通常整塊的脆皮臭豆腐比較有可能，切小塊比較難吃到裡面的軟嫩
這裡的就是切塊的方式，吃起來我覺得普普通通

我真正要推薦的是這裡的炸蘿蔔糕，真的好好吃唷！比鹹酥雞炸的蘿蔔糕更好吃
這裡的蘿蔔糕外皮炸的酥酥的，那份酥酥的就很薄一層，整口咬下去還真是好吃！
或許沾醬可能也有加分效果，這的確是會讓我想到就流口水的炸蘿蔔糕！好吃！

臭豆腐與蘿蔔糕就是這裡的主菜，單點之外也有雙拼的選擇
若下次再來的話，很想問老闆看看能不能蘿蔔糕比較多一點^^

紅襪最近火力幾近瘋狂，洋基前3戰共失34分，其中牛棚就佔19分。黑田今天已經努力控制場面，先發6局只被敲5安打，失2分，但單場投球數117球已是本季新高。只是李維拉超量救援，搞砸黑田本季第12勝。

（中央社記者蔡筱穎巴黎6日專電）由中華民國文化部主辦、台創中心負責執行的「文化創意產業國際拓展計畫」，延續以「Fresh Taiwan」為主題，6至10日進軍巴黎國際家飾用品展（2013 Maison et Objet）。

這是台灣創意品牌以團體力量第6度在巴黎參展，Fresh Taiwan國家形象館展出10家台灣文創品牌產品，呈現台灣家具家飾品牌年輕活力與創意。另有8家台灣設計品牌以「Taiwan Design」為主題，分別於各主題展館以完整呈現品牌形象的方式展出。

台灣館開幕式今天舉行，中華民國駐法代表呂慶龍特地前往致詞，他表示，這個展覽是國際平台，展現新的東西之外，重要的是展現台灣的創意，創意背後是實力，他鼓勵國內的創意者，繼續參加國際創意平台。

台灣創意設計中心展會行銷組組長洪明正就散布在其他展館的優質廠商指出，事實上，這些廠商都是幾年前在台灣館參展的廠商，他們從一個具有潛力但知名度不高的廠商，慢慢茁壯到被巴黎家飾展大會、買主以及國際媒體認可，也被大會接受可以到其他展館獨立參展。

特偵組監聽是否合法？越級以下辦上是否牽涉私人恩怨？淪為執政者的討伐異己的打手？檢察總長黃世銘9日召開記者會解釋說，因為調查發現案件非屬刑事不法，僅是行政違法，且直屬長官法務部長已涉及案件，因此根據《憲法》44條意旨，向總統報告。

黃世銘指出，由於該案涉及院長、部長，對國家影響重大，因此根據憲法44條「總統對於院與院間之爭執，除本憲法有規定者外，得召集有關各院院長會商解決之」之意旨向總統報告；他強調，因為這是「行政不法」、長官又涉案，所以向總統報告。

他進一步描述，自己上上周六（8月31日）晚間至總統官邸，向總統報告關說案，總統聽畢相當震驚，並且眉頭深鎖。儘管外界質疑，特偵組越級報告，又淪為執政者打手，但黃世銘強調，記者會日期是由自己決定，他當時不曉得立法院長王金平不在國內。

最高檢察署特別偵查組6日放出涉及院長、部長、立委、檢察長的司法醜聞震撼彈後，外界對於其背後目的與做法均揣測不已，並抨擊對其濫權、違法監聽、甚至以下辦上，對此，黃宗銘9日在記者會表示，將開宗明義回應3天來的種種質疑。

對於外界質疑特偵組非法監聽，黃世銘再三重申，監聽有取得台北地方法院許可，偵查案號100年度特他字61號案、監聽票號102年申監字527號，且採最小限度監聽立委柯建銘，「絕對經得起檢驗」。

「況且監聽僅針對柯委員，沒有對國會議長」，關於監聽浮濫的指控，黃世銘表示應看破案率高或低，這次一核發監聽票，就查獲曾勇夫、陳守煌、王金平、柯建銘4人涉及關說，他自豪的表示，一人監聽就查獲「司法史上最大弊案」，查獲率相當高，根本沒有浮濫之說。

在野黨質疑特偵組是「政治打手」，黃世銘對此強烈抗議，監聽查獲6月28、29日通信監察譯文後，明顯涉嫌關說，若是不辦也有放水嫌疑。他表示，「政治打手應是辦藍不辦綠、辦綠不辦藍」，特偵組相當公正，絕對不能接受「政治打手」的黑帽子。

黃世銘並以《刑事訴訟法》228條，解釋6月28、29兩日監聽譯文調查完全符合，「依其他情事，只有犯罪嫌疑，開始調查」，司法性絕對沒問題，經過兩月調查，發現沒有金錢對價種種認定可以與刑事不法切割，只有行政不法，因此停止偵查，相關人士，「也沒有約談」，因此謹守分寸，絕對沒有濫權。

外界認為，特偵組將譯文公諸於世有違《通保法》，但黃世銘強調，這份譯文是合法監聽取得的證據資料，經過2月調查發現沒有刑事不法，因此轉換為行政不法，因為是監聽資料而非偵查秘密，所以公布「沒有違背偵查不公開」。況且關說是違法行為，顯示4人涉嫌關說的譯文，就是違法的證據資料，絕對不是個人隱私資料，因此也沒有隱私問題。

黃世銘表示，自己在8月31日晚間至總統官邸向總統報告關說案，當時總統聽畢感到相當震驚，並且眉頭深鎖，他更表示，記者會日期也是由自己決定，他並不曉得王金平當時不在國內。

【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】（大紀元記者高小虔綜合報導）國際奧會台灣時間8日凌晨在阿根廷舉行最終投票，決定日本東京為2020夏季奧運會主辦地，這是東京繼1964年後再次迎來奧運盛事。中華棒協秘書長林宗成表示，以日本主辦棒球項目能力以及積極的態度，棒壘球重回奧運的機會很大。

首相保證 東京勝出
土耳其伊斯坦堡、日本東京、西班牙馬德里角逐2020夏奧會舉辦資格，土耳其的反政府抗議，西班牙經濟不佳，高達20%的失業率，讓他們申奧城市減分不少，而日本首相安倍晉三強力護航核災安全無虞，幫助東京在第二輪投票中勝出。

東京1964年有過成功舉辦奧運會的經驗，體育場設施齊備，交通發達便利，擁有45億美元籌辦奧運會，這是他們呼聲高的原因。針對福島第一核電廠輻汙水外洩事件，安倍晉三大力保證：「讓我向各位保證，所有狀況都在我們的控制之中。直到現在都沒有健康問題，未來也不會有。」

棒壘球重返奧運機會大
接下來，明天（9日）IOC(國際奧會)將針對2020年奧運最後1個正式運動項目進行投票，最終入圍的運動項目為棒壘球、角力與壁球。國際棒總會長法卡利(Riccardo Fraccari)日前表示，目前以棒壘球、角力的機會最大。東京申奧成功，將解除主辦國舉行棒球項目能力的疑慮，或許會影響剩下20%左右的游離票。

林宗成也說：「女壘、男棒原本就是日本最有實力奪牌的項目，一直以來他們都是最積極爭取棒壘球重返奧運的國家。」且2020年東京奧運棒壘球項目的轉播、票房等收益肯定不會太差，且日本有足夠的硬體設施負擔奧運棒壘球比賽，這也是林宗成看好的主因。更何況日本身為主辦國，不會佔亞錦賽奧運資格名額，對台灣再戰奧運更是利多。

【綜合報導】台灣政治圈掀起「關說風暴」，馬總統召開記者會痛批王金平，還不承認自己涉嫌關說，直言這是「台灣民主法治發展最恥辱的一天」。郭正亮認為，這次馬總統「重磅出手」，實在是國民黨近年罕見。

民進黨前立委郭正亮，在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《擒王立威 馬掐國會咽喉》中表示，馬總統這兩天大動作回應，很難不讓人聯想到「政治鬥爭」。因為馬王互不對盤，早已是政壇公開秘密，但兩人互不侵犯，長年相安無事。問題是，隨著馬民調迅速下滑，王對馬的部分主張，已經越來越難認同。

郭正亮認為，「服貿協議」與「核四公投」，是馬王決裂導火線。服貿原本預期要在明年元旦生效，最晚必須在今年底前通過；核四公投如要避免與明年七合一選舉撞期，也必須在下會期通過提案。但相較於馬的心急如焚，王卻彷彿事不關己，甚至還同意在野黨「服貿必須逐條表決」主張，更讓馬氣到極點。

馬出其不意，攻王虛門，使原本與馬並肩而立的王院長，突然陷入全面被動。馬擒賊先擒王，拿下最難擺平的王金平，有如佔領立法院的戰略要塞，直掐國會咽喉。

【綜合報導】海南一家嬰兒用品店日前遭兩女一男小偷光顧，女的穿短裙，把整罐奶粉塞入裙內，男的則穿著長褲，拉開褲鏈將整罐奶粉塞進褲內，而且還能行走自如，相當自然地離開店家。

這家嬰兒用品店的職員上周六點算商品時，發現少了幾罐奶粉，查看監視器畫面，才發現這宗偷竊案。

畫面中先是一名穿紫色雪紡連衣短裙的女士，從貨架上拿起一罐奶粉，轉身瞄了一下身邊沒人，雙腳一彎，將整罐奶粉往腿間一塞，便若無其事繼續在店內看東西。

緊接着另一名穿橫間連身短裙的女士也如法炮製，奇怪的是，奶粉塞入後便好像消失了，裙子下沒有任何東西突起。

最令人震驚的是，其後一名穿長褲及T恤的男子，拉開褲鏈，大大罐的奶粉往裡面一塞，同樣毫無破綻，行走自如地離開。

店員表示，賊人犯案時是中午，當時店內只剩下一名店員，剛好又有人送貨來，讓竊賊有機會下手。目前老闆已報警，案件正進一步調查中。

對於賊人的「神乎其技」，店員認為可能是下面綁了磁鐵，因此可吸住鐵罐奶粉。

【陳泓銘／綜合報導】35歲的「小艾」艾希頓庫奇（Ashton Kutcher）與30歲性感女星蜜拉庫妮絲交往1年多，近來盛傳他們已偷偷訂婚，消息來源對美國《時人》雜誌否認說：「他們感情穩定，但尚未訂婚。」

小艾在新片《賈伯斯》扮演已故蘋果電腦創辦人賈伯斯，劇組特別重回當年蘋果電腦發源地「車庫」實地取景，他一走進車庫坐在破沙發上，就感受到「賈伯斯上身」，果然戲拍得又快又順；劇組還花了上千萬台幣搭景，重現1977年「西岸電腦展」及蘋果總部辦公室，並收錄賈伯斯最愛歌手巴布狄倫的名曲《Boots of Spanish Leather》，相當忠於史實。該片定27日在台上映。
