【王志弘／台南市報導】新營育德工家汽車修護科三年級學生楊志偉、鄭鈺霖，摸機械摸出心得，不僅考取汽修證照，去年更跨領域苦學飛機修護，利用課餘時間背英文、練技術，日前順利拿下飛機修護丙級證照，未來可「憑照」到華航、長榮等航空公司應徵，月薪35K起跳，比黑手20K多出不少，兩人興奮地說「想再自我挑戰，往乙級邁進」。
 
前空軍機械學校航空工程科老師陳南薰說，汽車與飛機零組件差別很大，知識領域也不同，跨行考照等於「砍掉重練基本功」，且飛機說明書全是工業英文，對高職學生而言是很大挑戰，事實證明只要有心肯學，是可以辦到的。
 
他指出，目前全台有飛機修復相關科系的學校，十根手指數得出來，業界很缺飛機黑手，除了民間企業，也能投身軍旅，起薪3.5到5萬元，有乙級證照再多1萬元，若具備歐盟證照月薪10萬元起跳，「錢」景看好。

【大紀元2013年08月14日訊】（文：勤智）反映香港二手樓價走勢的中原城市領先指數(CCL)稍稍回落，最新報120.41，跌0.4%。雙辣招冰封樓市，十大屋苑過去兩個月每周只得零星成交，賣家不肯減價，買家未肯入市，樓市膠著，指數繼續於高位窄幅徘徊。成交縮減，最苦莫過於地產代理，若沒有積穀防饑，恐怕這樓市寒冬非常難熬。成交看來要到第四季季尾供應增加，樓價調整時才可回升。

房屋增值鍊斷裂

筆者曾在香港中環上班，辦公室坐擁山景，有其他部門的年輕一代專業人士就對著中半山樓群怨聲載道地跟筆者說，他眼前任何一個單位的物業窮他未來20年的積儲蓄亦未能擁有，樓價之高，遙不可及。他們的收入很多已是全香港勞動人口收入十等分組別的最上層，對擁有物業及住屋環境要求無可厚非。他們並不是負擔不起，銀行就亦非常樂意貸款給這群客戶，但改善生活代價就是大幅增加債務，除了欠債是確定之外，資產價格及收入皆無保證，衡量風險下只好望樓輕嘆。

最近統計顯示，香港人為了住屋推遲婚，減少生育，移民趨勢開始上升，專才外流。租金昂貴逼使國際大企業在削減開支的前題下把外國專才待遇本地化，使致外國精英不願來港。現時香港向上流的房屋增值階梯嚴重斷裂，基層市民等不及公屋導致劏房大行其道，居屋停建令公屋人士換樓不成，「白居二」及稅制傾斜等德政令上車盤價格爆升，新一代無法上車，過去幾年中國大陸資金搶貴中上價住宅，亦令高收入人仕改善生活環境好夢成空。房屋增值鍊斷裂，樓價脫離現實的結果就是市民未能擁有適切居所，未能改善自己及家庭生活從而影響人口動力。

亂局政府責無旁貸

新加坡就有一套配合人口政策的樓房政策以助家庭増值。筆者不是要比較政策優劣，而是要指出人口策略跟房屋政策配合、房策助勞動力增值讓家庭在社會向上流的重要性。特區政府拖了十多年兩策皆欠，這些長期策略失誤的可怖之處就是無聲無息地蠶食競爭力。當我們見到昔日的四小龍之首輸得無影無蹤時，恐怕已回天乏術，恨錯難返。樓市亂局政府責無旁貸，讀者不要被政府以不干預自由市場來掩飾其無所作為的惡行，因為房屋市場從來不是自由市場，政府就是最大地主兼操控市場供應的最大持份者。

香港長䇿會9月份將推出諮詢文件，若未能提出樓價管理願景及合理房屋架構以助各階層向上流，為人口勞動力增值，那長策會應正名為住宅數目估算小組，不應再用虛假名堂來誤導市民。◇

【大紀元2013年08月14日訊】（大紀元記者陳怡蓮綜合報導）目前，江澤民老巢上海高院法官集體招嫖事件還在持續發酵，嫖資提供方上海建工去年招待費高達1.78億被中共喉舌曝光。此前，「法官集體嫖娼」爆料人表示，沒有交出手頭全部資料，「原子彈爆炸剛剛開始！」

上海高院法官集體嫖娼在網絡曝光後，媒體披露，組織集體嫖娼的是上海建工四建集團綜合管理部一位副總經理郭祥華。上海市紀委、市監察局通告顯示，陳雪明等人並不是自費嫖娼，而是由郭祥華埋單。當晚陳雪明一行的共計花費多少，目前官方尚未披露。

中共新華網8月13日轉載《新京報》報導，上海建工2012年的招待費高達1.78億元，占當年營收的比例為0.19%，占淨利潤的比例達到11.12%。

郭祥華作為嫖娼事件的組織者，其費用是否是上市公司「招待費」的一部份，受到外界的關注。

上海建工回應稱「公司財務記錄沒有任何與此相關的發票憑證」，但《新京報》質疑道，眾所周知，現實中開發票的貓膩不少，誰也不會傻到開「嫖娼」名目。

爆料人：「原子彈爆炸剛剛開始！」

「法官集體招妓」事件爆發後，爆料人倪先生向中共官媒人民網表示，高潮還未來臨，這只是第一步，「就像原子彈爆炸剛剛開始！」他透露，自己曾前往上海市紀委協助調查，但沒有交出手頭「全部資料」。

8月6日，新華網論壇發表署名閻兆偉的博客《「法官集體招妓」能否引發上海官場大地震？》。文章說，「上海高院法官集體招嫖」事件內幕以及在社會造成的影響，不會小於重慶雷政富「不雅視頻」事件，它不引發一場上海官場大地震那才怪呢。

文章分析，視頻中法官出入的渡假村，官網稱「是上海市人民政府的重要接待基地」。既然如此，說明「招嫖」的不一定只有上海高院法官獨享。如順籐摸瓜，不一定有多少官員牽涉其中。

上海政法系統黑幕不斷被曝光

上海法官集體嫖娼事件尚未完全落幕，上海巿人大常委的夫人楊曉蓉又在微博實名舉報司法貪腐。楊曉蓉於8月7日夜晚通過微博實名舉報上海市人大信訪主任鄔立群，利用人大對法院的司法監督權，以「搞定」法官的名義向她索要收受財物。

之後，網絡上又熱傳上海政法系統官員、上海金山區公安局長馬淮海貪腐20億、謀殺市人大代表、包10多名二奶和謀殺反水二奶等的特大醜聞。

上海一直被認為是前中共總書記江澤民的老巢，十八大後，江澤民掌權時期在軍隊、政法委、上海市的三大老巢全部失守。4月，有消息稱江澤民親侄，原上海市政法委書記、公安局長吳志明涉大案，出國護照被收繳。吳志明是原上海幫核心之一，任上海政法委書記近11年，期間還曾兼任上海市公安局局長達8年，造成多起冤案。
