昨天我把我的CPU換了
舊的是 Intel Pentium G840 雙核心(2.8GHz)
新的是 Intel I5-3470(3.20GHz)
可是換好後不但電腦執行程式時跑的速度變慢很多 連開機關機速度也慢很多
我也試著多裝幾個風扇 但一點改善都沒有
麻煩請各位大大解答 小弟我快瘋了 感謝!!

65歲的王先生自覺身子硬朗、骨力強健，只是偶而有點手麻腳麻、腰痠背痛的情況。他以為只是姿勢不良以致筋骨不適，所以起先並不在意；沒想到上個月去騎最近很夯的U bike卻「閃到腰」之後，痛得受不了去就醫，經Ｘ光跟骨密檢查才發現，自己竟然已經罹患骨質疏鬆症，還因此導致壓迫性骨折。

「男性罹患骨質疏鬆症的盛行率不低，甚至，整體死亡率跟嚴重程度都比女性高！骨鬆絕對不是女人病！」新竹縣竹北新仁醫院骨科副院長林偉菁分析，抽菸、喝酒、使用類固醇藥物，以及因「男性更年期」導致男性荷爾蒙睪固酮分泌低下，是造成男性骨質疏鬆的主因。據統計，台灣男性約每5人就有1人骨質疏鬆，50歲以上男性骨鬆盛行率約25%，但若包含低衝擊骨折，65歲以上男性骨鬆可能高達7成。

儘管比例高的驚人，不過許多男性對骨質疏鬆症的警覺性還是偏低，就算確診也經常置之不理，或是怕麻煩不願好好治療。林偉菁指出，印象中過去診間裡正常服藥超過三個月的男性患者只有三成不到，原因在於男性容易有服藥的惰性，或低估再次骨折風險而自行停藥，讓自己陷入骨鬆致死的危機中。以骨鬆併發症中最嚴重的髖部骨折為例，65歲以上男性發生骨折後一年的死亡率，將近是女性的2倍，所以若要說骨質疏鬆症已成為中老年男性的健康殺手，一點也不為過。

林偉菁強調，由於男性有「懶得吃藥」的傾向；因此，找到適合自己的治療方式，可能有助於提高男性患者對醫囑的配合度。

林偉菁解釋，目前的骨質疏鬆症治療，以副作用低的雙磷酸鹽類藥物為主流，患者可依用藥的方便性來選擇適合自己的劑型；例如每七天吃一次的口服藥物福善美，或是一年一針的針劑藥物骨力強等，療效都還不錯。他以年針藥物骨力強為例進一步說明，根據臨床實驗，可減少七成脊椎骨折及四成髖關節骨折風險，並降低近三成髖骨骨折術後死亡率，且因無需口服又沒有腸胃道不適的副作用；因此建議骨質密度檢測Ｔ值小於負2.5的民眾，應積極就醫諮詢骨質疏鬆症的正規治療。

林偉菁提醒，發生骨折後雖然不會有馬上致死的危險，但骨折會對生活品質造成一定程度的影響，部分患者恐須長期臥病在床，不但有生活失能之虞，也會增加家庭照護開銷的經濟負擔。所以林偉菁呼籲，50歲以上的男性民眾，要養成定期測量骨密度值的習慣，平常多曬太陽，攝取足量的鈣質與維生素D，搭配和緩的負重運動，能幫助骨力強化，降低骨質疏鬆症上身的風險。

【綜合報導】聯合國世界旅遊業組織（United Nations World Tourism Organization）最近提出的調查2012年全球旅遊國家排行榜，指出最多人造訪的國家是法國，去年吸引了8300萬名遊客造訪，總計消費金額達536億美元，法國以阿爾卑斯山滑雪勝地和地中海度假村為賣點，高居榜首，第二名則是吸引6700萬名觀光客的美國，雖然美國觀光客人數少了法國1600萬人，但觀光客在美消費總金額高達1262億美元，分析指出造訪法國的觀光客，高達83%是來自歐洲其他國家，這些遊客到法國旅遊通常是野炊紮營，因此消費金額普遍不高，第三名到第十名國家則依序是中國、西班牙、義大利、土耳其、德國、英國、馬來西亞和俄羅斯聯邦。
 
不過以城市來看的話，根據萬事達(Mastercard)的統計指出，2013年至今最多遊客過夜造訪的城市是曼谷，吸引了1598萬人，第二到第十名依序是倫敦、巴黎、新加坡、紐約、伊斯坦堡、杜拜、吉隆坡、香港和巴塞隆納，台北則是位居第18名，吸引519萬名遊客造訪。

在看完最後的2集，真的忍不住的也想跟板上的版友們分享，我簡單的觀後心得啊~ 一直很掙扎，因為我不是個文筆很好的人阿 內心許多澎湃的想法用文字要表達，感覺好困難!(羞) 這段每週追live的日子就結束了，每每看完live在看中字，然後在等待下週進度的同時， 又會部段的重複看著先前的集數，真的是中毒非常的深啊!! 但看到許多板友也都跟我一樣，我一點也不孤獨~(笑) 真的不得不說，這真的是一部很好的作品! 我是屬於很單純就是看戲的人，看了各種戲劇作品 感覺這部真的是暌違不知道多久，讓我入戲到內心充滿各種與主角們相同的心情! 對於閔俊國也與主角們相同，非常非常的討厭這個殺人犯，完全對於他的各種行也是覺得他應該付出他的代價， 但在看戲的過程，居然我也漸漸的同主角們一起成長了!(笑) 應該有許多板友也有一樣的感覺吧?! 整部戲真的讓人思考了很多。 關於閔俊國- 如同戲中所說的雖然閔俊國殺人的背後有著非常可憐的理由，但那些理由在他殺人後全部都沒意義了! 不過最後在閔俊國坦承所有的罪，承認了自己的錯誤後，他不再是一個人，他的身邊有著車辯幫助著他， 反觀徐大度一直到最後依然不願意承認自己做錯了，看著最後他一人在庭園裡孤獨的身影， 感覺跟有人在一旁的閔俊國完全是一個對比阿!!! 不知道有沒有板友也有這樣的感覺呢?! 關於修夏- 第17集中在獨自去與閔俊國前打電話給車辯講的話，真的當初在看的時候真的是讓我完全心痛阿! 曾經修夏認為自己為了保護彗星可以不顧性命，但?夏成長了，他知道自己如果為了救彗星而死， 彗星也會是多麼的心痛...。 所以當修夏說出那句請車辯來救彗星，跟救他自己時真的是...噢~我的心臟阿!!!! 在修夏根閔俊國對質時，我也好幾度擔心修夏真的被激到對閔俊國怎麼樣... 好險修夏聽見了彗星的聲音，沒有做出傻事。 關於彗星- 在被閔俊國挾持的時候，彗星明瞭了媽媽死前留給他的訊息的原因及意義， 於是彗星的想法也改變了，當閔俊國要接受法律制裁，他並不會想著一定要讓閔俊國判死刑。 在這主要的3人間的故事，真的覺得編劇大人真的好厲害啊!!! 這故事要傳達的核心，沒有偏離過完整的交代，真的是非常推薦的一部戲劇 當然還有男女主角們的閃光也都讓我也跟警察們一樣戴起墨鏡(笑) 金法官的有趣等等等.... 真的很推薦還沒看過的板友，2013年一定要看的戲劇非「聽見你的聲音」莫屬了! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.21.241
