西班牙揪台油摻假 衛福部早知情

週刊報導，西班牙政府早在四年前就行文給當時衛生署，指台灣進口橄欖油摻假嚴重，還點名泰山、福壽兩家大廠販售的橄欖油是可疑造假商品，但當時官方卻未大規模調查。食藥署長葉明功今天表示，當時確實有收到西班牙相關文件，但已立即請地方衛生局調查，並請業者改善標示。但他也說，當時國內油品檢驗技術尚未成熟，無法檢驗是否混油。

衛福部日前公布的合格油品名單，油品大廠泰山、福壽都列名其中，今天卻遭週刊報導，其實早在四年前就被西班牙政府質疑相關橄欖油可能造假。

葉明功說，當時的衛生署收到西班牙方面相關文件後，立即請彰化衛生局調查泰山，並要求改正，如有混油必須清楚標示，也要標明產地，但當時泰山是否立即改善，目前還在釐清中。

2011年西班牙又行文一次，彰化衛生局也再度調查、要求業者改正，後來泰山已將產品改為pure Olive Oil，並加註產地為西班牙。至於泰山有沒有混油，因當時技術不成熟，確實還無法釐清是否混油。

中油公司宣布 今起油價降0.5元

油價再降！中油公司與台塑石化昨日宣布，今天起，汽、柴油價格全面調降0.5元，95無鉛汽油每公升降至34.4元，降幅為4個月以來最大，價格也創4個月來新低。

中油公司10日宣布油價全面調降0.5元。（好房News記者 陳韋帆／攝影）

中油公司指出，因美國商用原油庫存增加，加上市場對西方國家要求伊朗停止核子計畫以換取解除禁運的進展，預期樂觀，致使國際油價持續下跌。

本周油價指標（7D3B）均價為每桶104.32美元，較前一周下跌2.79美元，依國內浮動油價機制公式計算，汽、柴油每公升調降0.5元。參考零售價分別為92無鉛每公升32.9元、95無鉛每公升34.4元、98無鉛每公升36.4元、超級柴油每公升31.7元。中油及台塑化公司分別於11日凌晨零點及1點起，正式調降。

中國經濟放緩 對台企信評影響不大

中國經濟放緩對兩岸企業都會造成相當影響。信評機構認為，中國的建築材料業、煤炭業等會到較大衝擊；但台灣的汽車供應商、鋼鐵、水泥及大宗化學產業價格競爭的態勢會升高。

標準普爾評級服務資深董事朱素徵今表示，原本就受到產能過剩影響的行業，風險會更大。包含建築材料業、煤炭業、交通服務業、金屬業及採礦業。

另外，對台企的信評影響，中華信評副總裁許智清表示，不致明顯削弱台灣企業信用風險。

但許智清指出，因為近三年間的產能過剩現象，已經拖累市場價格。但若經濟急遽下挫，需求減緩會使資本設備、汽車供應商、鋼鐵、水泥及大宗化學產業價格競爭的狀況增加。

LUXGEN在行銷U6 TURBO上提出了「靚、酷、潮、讚、幻、夯」，為 U6 TURBO 這部新世代中型 SUV 的外觀、內裝、前瞻科技、動力/節能、空間變化及行動聲控，作最佳的詮釋，更強調超等級的配備。

U6 TURBO除了在各項配備與安全上大幅精進，LUXGEN總經理胡開昌表示，價格上也具優勢，1.8L 車款尊貴型僅72.9萬元、豪華型76.9萬元，2.0L車款的極致型81.9萬元、尊爵型88.9 萬元、頂級旗艦型95.9萬元，將於23日起陸續在全台LUXGEN汽車生活館上市，預期上市後每月至少銷出500台，是明年LUXGEN的主力車款之一。

嚴凱泰表示，預計未來LUXGEN以每年1.5款新車的速度上市，但仍以先站穩兩岸市場為主，品牌建立不能過於躁進，而儘管LUXGEN已進軍俄羅斯車市，初期目標是建立品牌知名度和口碑，不求爆炸性成長，長期發展潛力看好。

前言：第一次寫電影心得就獻給了《殭屍》.........寫得不好還請多多指教 =======================以下心得及部分雷開始=========================== 首先不得不先讚美Juno導演，首次執導電影長片就拍出了這麼好的成績，尤其是在 選角方面，不僅找來當年曾飾演過殭屍系列的「秋生」錢小豪、「四目道長」陳友、 「錢真人」鐘發、同為殭屍系列常客的樓南光(在電影裡再次看到他們的身影不免 有些感嘆，歲月催人老阿.....)，更邀請到了演技派的鮑起靜、惠英紅、吳耀漢(第 一次看還有點認不出他是誰，只覺得有點眼熟，後來才發現他就是電影五福星裡面 自以為有念力的那個 還要加手勢......跟當年比老了許多~唉) 看完《殭屍》這部電影，我覺得有一種懷念及哀傷的感覺，懷念是因為80、90年代 的殭屍片盛行，之後卻漸漸的式微，鐵三角之二的林正英、許冠英也相繼過世，麥 導更是在此片末特別向這兩位經典角色致敬 音容宛在 林正英(1952-1997)、許冠英(1946-2011) 至於哀傷，個人認為有很大的因素是因為電影配樂的關係，搭配上角色與劇情，顯 現出「人生如戲，戲如人生」的感慨。 提到了劇情，麥導讓主角錢小豪在戲中扮演自己，形成一種半自傳式的電影，加上 過氣的道士陳友、以往與林正英及許冠英的舊照，都著實的表現了對於過去有不少 的回憶和哀愁。看這部片難就難在於「戲裡」與「戲外」的對應關係，很難讓人分 辨中間的遭遇到底是幻覺還是真有其事，我想導演就是要觀眾自己去發揮。 這裡不得不說一下我對這部電影結局的解釋，補述一下，只是我的想法，畢竟結局 是這部片的懸念，本身並沒有說明 我個人是覺得小豪上吊的那一幕就已經死了，中間發生的事件都是小豪的想像或者 應該說是真正現實的錢小豪想要表達的遺憾與無奈→殭屍片的沒落(對應劇中過氣的 道長)，以前的搭檔也都不在了(只能看著舊照懷念)，回想當年風光一時，如今卻人 事已非、風光不再，至於有些人會說小豪在上吊之前有些人都沒見過面哪有辦法幻想 到那些人，我寧願解釋成那些人或許是小豪以前拍戲遇到的人(指劇中)，又或許是小 豪生活周遭的人。 再來不得不佩服鮑起靜(梅姨)的演技，與她丈夫冬叔的那段獨白， 演的收放自如，到了燕叔被殺及小白被吃掉那段，開始覺得真正恐怖的其實是梅姨。 雖然片名叫《殭屍》，不過還沒看的人不要期待會看到林正英那時代的殭屍，2013年 的《殭屍》是一部嶄新的殭屍片，在緬懷舊時代的同時，為新的殭屍片注入了新元素 ，不然如果還是同樣以80年代的風格手法來拍這部片，我不覺得會有人想去電影院看 。整片看下來，我覺得這部片不是純粹嚇人的鬼片，反而帶給我哀傷感，到現在我還 在回味腦補，讓我覺得這部片似乎已經可以稱作是藝術了，唯一覺得可惜的地方就是 殭屍出現的場面不夠多，想看殭屍滿街跳的人可能要失望了。 。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.70.109.158

復興航空12日宣佈推出透過Google即時資訊(Google Now)提供航班訊息的服務，復興航空表示，此次於Google即時資訊提供航班提醒，擴大服務面向，Google即時資訊的功能還包括天氣、地圖等等，將更有利乘客掌握行程。

復興航空表示，台灣消費者對手機的依賴程度高達八成，位居亞太之冠，超越鄰近日本、香港及新加坡，而其中透過手機上網搜尋旅遊的比例，高達49％。

看好行動通訊趨勢，復興航空近期即積極與WeChat合作、和萬泰銀行共同推出「QR Code信用卡行動支付」，近期再推出Google即時資訊服務，復航表示，期望讓消費者可以不受時間、空間限制享受各項服務。

復興航空表示，即日起，凡消費者訂購復興航空機票時，以Gmail做為聯絡的電子信箱，即可在搭載Google搜尋應用程式的智慧型手機或平板電腦上，透過Google 即時資訊掌握航班資訊，包括起飛前24小時前自動顯示的航班卡片等。

泰山：有心人在背後操控泰山股價

泰山管理群副總雷松清帶領主管及律師在證交所舉行記者會，針對壹周刊報導泰山摻假油事件說明，雷松清強調產品絕無更改成分摻假，並針對壹周刊提出嚴正抗議，考慮採取法律行動維護自身權益。

壹週刊報導泰山有純橄欖油從西班牙進口有問題，繼泰山公關上午出面否認後，泰山副總雷松青下午再度召開記者會，親上火線滅火，指控週刊是不實報導，將會採取法律行動，並質疑有人在背後意圖操控泰山股價所為，並呼籲產官學在此時要一起來訂定標準，維護台灣食品市場，不要讓消費者人心惶惶。

泰山（1218）下午3點將在證交所說明周刊澄清進口西班牙橄欖油混油的報導。泰山指出，所有油品均有完整的進出口、銷售、存貨等相關資料可供查證，2009年當時也配合衛生主管機關查核，油品無問題。近期油品也經過主管機關檢驗、自行送檢、要求進口商提供檢驗報告等，油品無混油情況。

泰山下午記者會將由律師與泰山管理群副總雷松青出面澄清，對相關不實報導將會保留法律追訴權。

泰山在周刊報出油品可能有問題的負面新聞影響下，股價開盤後即大跌。午時盤中股價為13.8元、下跌0.4元，跌幅為2.8%。
