【陳穎／綜合報導】日本富士電視台招牌長壽節目《笑笑也無妨》播出長達31年，明年3月將收攤，主持人塔摩利，靠著該節目累積135億日圓（約40億元台幣）身家。他名下有上億元台幣的好豪宅及2棟別墅，還有超級豪華的遊艇，就算丟了主持工作也可以過超舒適的生活。
 
《笑笑也無妨》於1982年10月4日開播，每天中午現場直播，塔摩利幾乎成了電視公務員：「這些年哪裡都不能去，之後計劃到日本各地旅行。」

儘管房市多空訊息紛擾，營建股龍頭廠商國建(2501)第4季即將推出台中的「綠博苑」和高雄的「R13 馥建築」，公司透露，2筆個案尚未公開，但都有不錯的預約成績。其中，「綠博苑」已預售5成；而「R13 馥建築」也有相當熱絡的狀況，讓公司對目前的房市仍有信心。值得留意的是，明年國建也將進入個案完工入帳高峰期，預估完工案量達百億元，可望使該公司營收突破百億，改寫歷史新高。

國建表示，近期公司擬推出的「綠博苑」，近草悟道，規劃67~76坪的中坪數產品，鎖定當地換屋客層，每坪售價38~48萬元，還未正式公開，已潛銷5成，全案僅64戶，總銷15億元，最快本周取得建照，進入推案期。

而高雄的「R13 馥建築」則位於在博愛路上，並近捷運紅線13凹子底捷運站，規劃105~115坪大坪數換屋產品，只有少少53戶，總銷30億元。此案已取得建照，但尚未開價，公司表示，預約登記狀況也有逾5成，顯示好的產品、好的地段，再加上品牌、品質，產品仍獲青睞。

接下來，國建也積極規劃明年的推案，第1季已確定在329檔期推出台南案，總銷初估25億元。

業績部份，國建今年上半年在台北「賦格」和台中「森林觀道」餘屋去化下，前3季營收69.93億元，年增率8.46%，法人估，該公司前3季EPS在0.9元左右；而第4季位於台南總銷18億元的「上品硯」將完工交屋，正式入帳時間料在11月，預估全年有機會認列20~40%，對營收潛在挹注在4~7億元上下。

法人並估算，國建由於飯店和商場今年甫加入營運，有較高的開辦費，在相關轉投資仍無法獲利下，今年該公司EPS將在0.9元附近，但若「上品硯」入帳達到4成，則EPS有機會向1元扣關。

不過，展望明年，國建將有多筆個案完工，除了「上品硯」有10多億元將在首季入帳，明年首季還有新莊中原段的「國泰新莊園」將完工交屋，該案總銷30億元，已預售逾9成，有助國建明年首季業績衝高。

此外，明年第2季，國建位於天母中山北路七段的「國泰天母」也將完工交屋，該案總銷70億元，已100%完銷，預料將使該公司明年第2、3季的業績亮麗。

法人估算，明年國建光來自營建本業的營收即上看百億元，將是新高紀錄，而全年EPS有機會達到2元，亦是近年來相對的好成績。

美股4日走揚，儘管道瓊工業指數盤中數度拉回平盤附近震盪整理，但在製造業數據以及企業財報表現不差的鼓舞下，終場仍由黑翻紅。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，道瓊工業平均指數漲0.15%(23.57點)至15639.12點；NASDAQ指數漲0.37%(14.55點)至3936.59點；標準普爾500指數漲0.36%(6.29點)至1767.93點；費城半導體指數跌0.14%(0.72點)至504.68點。       
       
聯準會10月底維持寬鬆貨幣政策不變，激勵標普500指數月線勁揚4.5%。聖路易FED總裁James Bullard當日接受CNBC專訪時表示，由於物價水平仍低，FED目前並不用急著縮減購債規模。Bullard認為，70年代的停滯性通膨會重演的說法是言過其實。

在當日重要經濟數據表現方面，10月份歐元區製造業PMI終值由前月的51.1點上升至51.3；9月份美國工廠訂單月增1.7%，符合預期。另外，美勞工部本週五將公布10月份就業報告，據彭博社調查，非農就業人口將新增12.5萬人。

美企財報季迄今，還是以正面消息居多。據彭博社統計，373家已公布前季財報的500大企業中，盈餘優於預期的佔76%。標普500指數今年累計勁彈24%，為2003年以來最佳，本益比則上升18%至16.7倍。

電動車大廠特斯拉(Tesla)勁揚8.03%至175.2美元，該公司表定明日美股盤後公布前季財報，分析師預估每股盈餘可達8美分。

美國鋼鐵(U.S. Steel Corp.)漲4.38%至26.91美元，主因高盛將該公司投資等級由「賣出」調升至「買進」。

黑莓重挫16.41%至6.49美元。該公司當日證實私有化計畫告吹，將以發行10億美元可轉債取而代之。於此同時，執行長Thorsten Heins也確定離職。

美國鋁業勁揚7.01%，該公司明天將舉辦投資人之日活動，外界預料管理高層將釋出更多利多消息。

化學類股走跌，其中道瓊工業成分股杜邦跌1.28%至60.61美元，陶氏化學(Dow Chemical)跌1.41%至38.4美元。

餐廳名稱：WITTAMER、7-11美味炸物 消費時間：2012年/1月 網誌版http://blog.xuite.net/chrisxmen770/wretch/99168629 小田急百貨店本館　地下２階 地址:東京都新宿?西新宿1-1-3 官網:http://www.wittamer.jp/index/index.html 右邊是甜點區，左邊則是蛋糕區，基本上這牌子佔地非常廣!! 比利時的巧克力舉世聞名，而這個牌子更是皇室御用，可以知道地位多崇高 買一個甜點就蓋一格，其實只是紀念用而已，要集到換東西應該得糖尿病了 上頭是焦糖慕斯，下頭裡面是牛奶糖慕斯，一整個甜到不行 雖然下頭的伯爵茶海綿蛋糕可以中和甜度，卻過於乾硬 上下都是巧克力慕斯，只是上面的味道較厚重，下面海綿蛋糕較不乾 搭配巧克力慕斯甜度恰恰好，比起第一個甜點要好許多 雪糕形狀的芒果口味甜點一整個大勝，早知道多買幾支這個就好!!! 酸甜適中加上外面薄脆口感，實在很後悔怎麼只買一枝 老婆沒有吃拉麵，決定順便外帶晚餐回飯店，日本百貨公司樓下真像大寶庫~~ 最後決定在這家三明治專賣店買一個回去 起司豬肉捲加上蛋沙拉，這不是日式定食的菜色嗎，做成三明治也太豐富了吧!! 日本超商的炸物一向令人驚喜，所以在回飯店路上的7-11又買了一些 這支熱狗令一向愛吃熱狗的老婆念念不忘 說放在保溫箱內的熱狗為何可以維持外皮的酥度與鬆軟 吃完之後的感想就是全家>7-11>LAWSON，放在保溫箱內的雞肉怎能如此多汁~~ -- 美食 電影 旅遊 教育 認真揮霍每一天--我的隨意窩 http://blog.xuite.net/chrisxmen770/wretch -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.26.66.190

【郭妤／綜合報導】歌手溫嵐上月推出新專輯，近來密集跑宣傳，今日她赴中國參加音樂風雲榜的揭榜嘉賓，在記者會上台前竟流鼻血，她在微博幽自己一默，「見紅就發、見者有份，大家都發財啦」，粉絲也揶揄她「被自己辣到上火」。
 
照片中溫嵐拿著衛生紙輕擦鼻子，她出道13年外型變化大，整形傳聞不斷，有人在底下大膽留言「用力擦鼻子，讓他們（指媒體）看看絕不是假的」！
