英國68歲失婚婦人佛頓(Kathleen Fortun)，去年在一個交友網站上認識一名自稱是美軍上校的男子阿爾曼(Colonel Allman)，兩人一開始在網路上的互動十分熱烈，阿爾曼主動追求，並寄送了一張身穿正式軍服的照片給她，照片中的男子英氣勃發、相貌堂堂，很快的，佛頓愛上了這位素未謀面的美軍上校。

接著，依照慣例，美軍上校的銀行帳戶因為一些工作上的事被凍結，尋求佛頓這個閨中密友協助，佛頓不但動用所有存款，還騙自己的會計師兒子與醫生兒子轉錢給她，謊稱是要為自己親人還債，總共匯出了3萬英鎊(約台幣140萬元)，阿爾曼當然萬分感激，隨後告訴佛頓，自己已經替她買好飛往美國的機票，要她到美國與他見面、共赴未來等，直到佛頓到了倫敦希斯路機場，航空公司告訴她沒有任何購票紀錄，她怒極報警才知道，自己不是第一個，已經有好多類似背景的人，被類似的故事給騙了。

阿爾曼給她的那張照片，其實確有其人，是美軍少將克拉克(Wesley Clark)的照片，當然，他和整件事一點關係都沒有。

根據美國疾病管制中心統計，2011年時全美共有1925人感染瘧疾，是繼1971年以來的新高。幾乎所有的瘧疾病例都在美國境外感染，其中63%來自西非，另外將近17%則來自印度。

疾病管制中心主任湯姆佛萊登指出，美國本土瘧疾早已絕跡，因此多數美國人對瘧疾幾無抵抗力，在前往西非、南亞等地旅遊時，必須特別注意感染。「這些境外感染都是可以預防的。」疾管中心寄生蟲疾病部門主管羅倫斯史勒茲柯爾表示，「包括防蚊噴劑、蚊帳及預防性的抗瘧疾藥物，其實就足以抵抗瘧蚊肆虐。」

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天凌晨0時許，三峽區中正路與介壽路口發生一起死亡車禍，陳姓男子(20歲)騎乘機車北向，疑似闖紅燈，撞到1輛從介壽路轉進來的日產轎車，造成陳男臉部撕裂傷、全身多處骨折，當場失去呼吸及心跳，救護車到場實施CPR並趕緊將他送醫。但經過1個多小時急救，仍宣告不治。
 
車禍發生血跡斑斑，場面駭人。王姓汽車駕駛(男25歲)表示，自己當時剛下班要返回住處，行經中正路與介壽路口時，不料左前方突然有機車闖紅燈撞過來，且速度蠻快。他強調當時有按照綠燈號誌行駛，豈料仍發生意外，直嘆運氣不佳。

不知你是用哪一個版本的
我是用微軟powerpoint2010
但我之前也用過舊一點的版本，都大同小異

在你要開始的那一頁
工作列點"插入"-->"音訊"-->"從檔案插入音訊"
點選你要的檔案
這時，頁面上會出現一個音樂的圖案

工作列點選"動畫"-->"動畫窗格"，你就會在右邊看到你的那一首歌
但是這時請你把那一個刪掉，因為它是"互動功能"，你要點它，它才會唱，這樣不好

刪掉之後，你可以再點一下PPT中音訊的圖
工作列點"動畫"-->"播放"，這時，在動畫窗格就會出現你的動畫(會顯示檔案名稱)

在動畫窗格的動畫上點右鍵，選擇"效果選項"

在第一欄"效果"下會有"停止播放"，你就可以選擇第幾張投影片要停
到第二攔"預存時間"，在"開始"那一格選擇"與前動畫同時"，這樣只要打開，就會直接開始
在"重複"那一格選擇"直到最後一張投影片"

這樣，前半段的音樂就完成了！

後半段(11頁開始)的設定如前面
就是要放入音樂，選擇好音樂開始的方式("與前動畫同時")
還有停止方式(就選一個比你剩下的投影片還要多的頁數，它就可以一直唱)
然後選擇要一直重複("直到最後一張投影片")免得它唱完了會很安靜，就尷尬了

這樣就完成囉！

ps. 如果覺得音訊那圖案很醜，可以用下列兩種方式處理：
1.在PPT的那個音訊圖案上點右鍵，選擇"變更圖片"，然後就選一個你想放的圖案
2.把圖案一道PPT頁面外面，這樣就看不見了，而且他還是會唱歌

補充注意事項:
如果你是要存在隨身碟，拿出去報告的話，因為你的音樂檔案是在電腦，所以可能會造成你拿到別的地方，卻因為路徑改了而不能夠播放音樂的情況
所以，在存檔時，使用以下步驟:
1."檔案"-->"儲存並傳送"-->"將剪報封裝成光碟"
2.選擇你的隨身碟，讓它存檔

它會把音樂還有所有你的超連結的路徑都改好
那一個資料夾就可以隨意帶走了

高鐵上周六跳票造成班次大亂，藍綠立委痛批高鐵服務品質不佳卻執意調漲，讓民眾無法接受。高鐵公司董事長歐晉德下午在立法院交通委員會的要求下列席說明，多次鞠躬表達歉意。

立委抨擊高鐵公司的退費誠意不足，歐晉德表示，此次行駛台北到台中以及嘉義到高雄等兩段區間，且提接駁車讓民眾搭乘，不過民眾搭乘意願不高，但因此次造成民眾的行程延誤，賠償將從寬認定，持上周六上午11時16分至下午1時39分的車票，且受影響民眾將全程退費，並且補償一張全程的半價券。

上周六高鐵由雲供電異常造成列車區間停駛。原本高鐵僅願依原規則退費，但民眾不滿。高鐵公司董事長歐晉德上周五赴香港演講，今天上午應立法院交通委員會之邀，從香港趕回立法院說明。

下午歐晉德宣布從寬認定退票補償，只要周六上午11點16分到下午1點39分之間，因搭高鐵而延誤行程民眾，高鐵願意全額退費，並且再加發半價乘車券作為補償。

雖然立法委員李昆澤極力要求高鐵比照4月25日，提供額外全額的免費乘車券，但歐晉德強調，上周六台北到台中，以及嘉義到高雄間仍維持運行，不像4月25日全線停駛，補償半價乘車券應屬合理。

美國大規模監聽引起國際社會抨擊，德國與巴西1日向聯合國大會提交草案，敦請各國共同保障數位時代的隱私權。歐洲與南美各國亦在研擬相同草案，希望隱私權能在國際法的規範下得到維護。

根據吹哨者史諾登最新揭露的美國竊聽消息，巴西總統羅賽芙與德國總理梅克爾都是美國國安局（NSA）監聽的對象，其中梅克爾的手機更遭美國監聽逾10年之久，據悉自2002年尚未成為德國總理時就已開始，直到美國總統歐巴馬6月訪德前才被刪除。

德國《明鏡周刊》指出，不只德國總理手機遭竊聽，美國國安局更將美國駐柏林大使館做為情蒐中心；甚至法國、義大利與西班牙等國也相繼「淪陷」。不僅美國的歐洲友邦遭美秘密監控，鄰近的南美元首也是情蒐對象。

消息指出，墨西哥前總統的電郵信箱曾遭到入侵、巴西總統羅賽芙與民眾的訊息亦遭秘密監控，對此總統羅賽芙除了延後訪美行程，更痛批美國的做法「侵犯國家主權」、違反國家友好關係。

雖然情報偵蒐實屬國際常態，對於美方大規模的監聽、監控行為，多國已經忍無可忍，德國與巴西1日向聯合國大會提出草案，呼籲世界各國終止過度的電子監控、資料收集或其任何過度侵入隱私的行為，以共同維護數位時代的隱私權。

羅賽芙在推特上表示，「我們將網路隱私權視作人權的一部分，維護網路人權應作為聯合國討論案的第一優先，不可如同美國任意侵犯。」

據《BBC》報導，美國的監聽計畫如滾雪球般越滾越大後，歐洲與拉丁美洲國家也正在起草相同決議，希望促請聯合國大會193名會員重視監控通訊行為，對人權可能造成的危害。決議草案將於本月進行表決，希望各國能遵守國際法規，保障人民應有的隱私，雖然即使決議通過也不具強制力，但若得到相當的支持，仍能發揮些許約束力。

自從監聽梅克爾事件爆發後，德國政府就積極與史諾登聯繫，稍早綠黨議員史卓貝勒已與史拓登在莫斯科會面。據《明鏡周刊》31日報導，史諾登願意在監聽事件上提供德國協助，甚至可在保障人身安全的前提下前往德國，在法庭面前作證。
