办入藏函费用 - 今天, 21:54

想请问大家，如果找包车车队（自助团）游西藏的话，一般上包车车队和我们办理入藏函是免费的吗？ 还是有另外收费的呢？如有收费的话，大概一个人的入藏函费用是多少呢？如那为大大知道的话能告诉我吗。 谢谢大家。
