廣大興案／菲將正式道歉？外交部未證實

針對廣大興28號事件，受害者洪家指出菲律賓將會提出正式道歉，外交部並未正面證實，僅表示會在適當時機和家屬與國人說明。

外交部發言人高安表示，雖然只是四項要求，但很多環節都必須確認，兩國間的談判協商仍在持續努力向前推進。外交部了解國人希望在很短的時間內一次到位，但要達到兼顧家屬公道與國家尊嚴，必須逐步推進，也需要時間。
