小弟在今年的7月中旬在台南的SUM買了一台05年的威利1.2 結果在今天出門的時候冒煙熄火,請了拖吊車來拖回SUM保養廠 技師看完之後說水箱爆了,當下就覺得不是很舒服 馬上打回購買的車廠,對方說這是消耗品他們不負責 但是我牽回來只有3個月,開不到2000公里 對方還是說這不論買多久,這合約書上面沒寫的就是不負責 況且他們當初車買回去之後有做高壓測試沒問題才會交到我們手裡 跟對方吵了一下掛電話之後問了一下技師 技師說他們當初車進來消耗品是只看外觀大概確認沒問題而已並沒做測試 技師說可以找當初的業務講講看,他也說三個月就爆水箱他也沒看過 請問我如果想要凹業務負責這一筆的話機會大不大 這次之後真的覺得他們的廣告詞真的沒錯 是用"說的"不是用"做的" ~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.164.72
