【獨家】印尼代表夏立言　將出任國防部副部長

【陳郁仁／台北報導】國防部副部長一職懸缺已久，黨政人士透露，國防部副部長一職將由我駐印尼代表夏立言出任。該人士說：「這也算是文人國防部副部長。」

夏立言曾擔任過駐紐約辦事處處長、駐印度代表和外交部政務次長等職，八八風災時發生外交部拒絕外援事件，被調職到印尼。
