衛福部託學者護航富味鄉？　江揆：瞭解中

【王家俊／台北報導】民進黨立委蔡煌瑯下午在立法院施政總質詢表示，衛福部去年委託美和科大研究市售調合油標示，審查委員之一的台大農化系榮譽教授李敏雄，身兼富味鄉監察人、研發總監，建議不要查調合油，內神通外鬼，請鬼拿藥單，哪來食安保障？行政院長江宜樺表示，衛福部已進行了解，是否涉及利益迴避，將弄清楚再做報告；衛福部長邱文達則強調，僅止於研究計畫，沒有做成建議。

對於蔡煌瑯主張把國內食用油不定時送到國外檢驗，江揆答詢時說，檢驗的公正性很重要，送到國外是一種方式，由國內提出質疑的學者參與也是另一種方式。

蔡煌瑯表示，因李敏雄在簡報中自述，由於富味鄉董事長陳文南的支持，提供芝麻相關素材研發，非常感謝，李堪稱幫大統工廠剪綵的總統大姐馬以南、副總統夫人蔡令怡、行政院副院長毛治國以外的「門神四號」。
