黎明柔半年剷5公斤　瘦到臉變形

【蕭孜玹／台北報導】黎明柔最近轉戰電視圈，除擔任三立《超級偶像8》評審，上月也接下MTV《封神榜》主持棒。為了在節目上更上鏡，170公分高的她，近來開始減少食量，並搭配每禮拜騎腳踏車和游泳至少3天，果然在半年內甩掉5公斤，如願降到理想中的48公斤。

她日前也在臉書po體重機照片開心呼：「Miracle（奇蹟）！從5月的53.2kg到今早十年未見的數字，啾咪。」網友紛紛恭喜她，但也有粉絲認為她瘦到臉都變形了，希望她多多注意健康。
