侵犯隱私 初審通過罰金提高至30萬

立法院司法委員會今日上午初審通過刑法第315條之一條文修正草案，無故利用工具或設備窺視、竊聽他人非公開活動、言論、談話或身體隱私部位者，或是無故以錄音、照相、錄影或電磁紀錄竊聽他人非公開活動、言論、談話或身體隱私部位者，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或三十萬元以下罰金。

提案修法立委李俊俋表示有關罰金規定不符時宜，將原3萬元以下罰金提高至30萬元以下罰金，以增加法院審酌裁量空間。
